It is essential to use engineering management methods in dairy production in order to achieve the appropriate products quality under the transition to international dairy products quality standards terms. The production and export-import trends study made it possible to analyze the Ukrainian milk processing enterprises export potential to the EU, MENA, Asia, CIS countries, using effective logistics chains planning. It was determined that exports change in the geography contributes to the production leveling, which was excessive due to the large number refugees and internal migration. The main milk processing enterprises development prospects in the expanding export opportunities direction, cooperation with European partners and using the government grant programs opportunities have been determined.Item type:Наукова стаття, Assessment of Socio-Economic Transformations in The Border Regions of Ukraine and Poland(2025) Miszczuk, Andrzej; Shubalyi, Oleksandr; Gordiichuk, Antonina; Gordiichuk, Iryna; Kosinskyi, Petro; Shubala, IrynaThe purpose of this article is to examine the socio-economic transformations of the border regions of Ukraine and Poland in the context of European integration processes, labor migration, and the impact of the war in Ukraine, as well as to assess the effectiveness of cross-border cooperation and the use of EU financial instruments for regional development. The study analyzes the characteristics of these transformations, shaped by the interplay of economic policy, European integration, and migration trends. It shows that these regions act as important hubs of economic and social interaction, reflecting differences in institutional capacity, labor markets, and investment potential. The research demonstrates that Poland’s EU membership has ensured access to substantial financial resources, which have positively influenced the development of its border voivodeships. In contrast, Ukrainian regions remain in a phase of economic convergence and have limited access to similar support mechanisms. Labor migration is identified as a major factor driving transformation, affecting demographics, employment, and social dynamics. The analysis confirms that Poland remains the primary destination for Ukrainian labor migration, generating both op-opportunities for economic growth and challenges related to workforce imbalances and adaptation in the labor market. Moreover, the war in Ukraine has intensified these processes, putting additional pressure on Poland’s social systems and labor market. The study emphasizes that cross-border cooperation is a key tool for the development of border regions; however, its implementation is uneven due to administrative barriers and differences in strategic priorities between the countries. Despite the expansion of Ukrainian regions’ participation in European programs, their ability to attract funding remains limited compared to their Polish counterparts. The research substantiates the need to develop effective regional development strategies aimed at reducing economic asymmetry and ensuring sustainable development within the framework of Ukraine’s European integration. © Andrzej Miszczuk et al.Item type:Наукова стаття, The role of «BIG FOUR» auditing firms in the public procurement market in Ukraine(Independent Journal of Management and Production, 2020-11-01) Antoniuk, Olena; Kuzyk, Natalya; Zhurakovska, Iryna; Sydorenko, Roman; Sakhno, LiudmylaThe authors conducted a study aimed to identify the role of «Big Four» («Big 4») audit firms in the public procurement market in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to answer the questions: whether Ukraine is in a general trend of most countries in the concentration of audit market; what is the share of revenues of the «Big Four» audit firms in the performance of audit services in the public procurement system in Ukraine. First of all, in order to get answers to these questions, the authors conducted a study of the main trends in the development of the «Big Four» companies in Ukraine. A clearer and complete description of the features of the realization of the right to information on one's health in the normatively established system of protection of subjective rights of a person has been obtained. It has been determined that the protection of the right to information on one's health is exercised freely, and the failure of a person to exercise the right to protection is not a ground for termination of this right. It is noted that during the protection of their violated right to health information, the authorized person may perform certain actions that are not related to the appeal to the competent state bodies and are a non-jurisdictional form of protection. The list of actions of an individual to protect the right to information on one’s health in the case of a non-jurisdictional form of protection of the above-mentioned right has been systematized.Item type:Наукова стаття, Kinetic effects in cadmium antimonide crystals before and after gamma-irradiation(Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, 2020-06-15) Fedosov, Serhiy; Zakharchuk, Dmytro; Кoval, Yuriy; Yashchynskiy, Leonid; Urban, OksanaThe influence of large doses of 60Co gamma-quanta on the electrical properties of cadmium antimonide crystals with different electrical conductivity has been investigated. It is revealed that radiation defects of both donor and acceptor types are introduced into the lattice of the material with gamma-irradiation. Their influence depends on the level of doping and the type of conductivity of the starting material. The effectiveness of removal of carriers is a consequence of the involvement of impurity atoms in the formation of corresponding radiation defects with deep energy levels.
