The study analyzes the characteristics of organizations that provide support for entrepreneurship and determines their role within the business support infrastructure. The application of machine learning algorithms enabled the classification and systematization of data on non-governmental business support organizations, the identification of patterns in their activities, and the assessment of their representation across various sectors of the economy. The study provides a diagnostic assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of these organizations and identifies opportunities and threats affecting their future development. Particular attention is paid to the evaluation of information transparency, financial resources, human capital, and cooperation with public authorities, international partners, and business entities. Based on the findings, the author outlines key directions for improving the effectiveness of non-governmental business support organizations and strengthening their role in creating a favorable entrepreneurial environment in Ukrain
