    Latency Reduction in Real-time GPS tracking in Android and the Web-based GPS Monitoring System

    The paper focuses on the research aimed to reduce latency in real-time GPS-tracking and implementation of a real-time web GPS-monitoring system based on Android devices that publicly provides access to users' locations. A real-time GPS monitoring system with low latency consists of three main components: a web front-end client, a server part, and an Android application. During the development process, the performance of WebSocket back-end frameworks was researched. The performance of Google Maps and Leaflet (OpenStreetMap) was compared to select the option which provides the best performance in the developed system. The conducted research and the chosen solutions for the implementation of the project made it possible to develop a system that shows high efficiency and performance. The developed software allows any user with an Android mobile device to share their location with others with minimal latency and show their location and traffic history. © 2022 IEEE.

    Information Technology of Information Security Audit of Objects of Critical Infrastructure

    Context. The scientific and practical task to substantiate the mathematical apparatus on the basis of which the information technology of information security audit of critical infrastructure is developed, which provides verification of compliance of critical infrastructure with the general requirements approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 2019-06-19, No.518. A security audit is one of the most effective measures to increase the level of information security of the critical infrastructure. Objective. The purpose of the work is to create information security audit of critical information infrastructure on the basis of separate partial solutions of information technology. Method. On the basis of the general requirements defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 2019-06-19, No.18 “On approval of the General requirements for cyber protection of critical infrastructure objects” a set of indicators and evaluation criteria was proposed. The structure of future information technology was offered. In accordance with the structure of information technology, the stages of the methodology of information security audit of critical infrastructure were built. The technique contains a simple mathematical apparatus that simplifies calculations even in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. In this paper, in contrast to the known methods and techniques, it is proposed to take into account the weight of the importance of information security requirements. As a result, the method has become sensitive to the most critical requirements for cybersecurity of critical infrastructure. Results. Information technology of information security audit of critical information infrastructure objects has been developed. Conclusions. The experiments in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets confirm the efficiency of the proposed method. It is advisable to recommend the development of software that would in practice automate the process of information security audit of critical information infrastructure. The scientific novelty of the obtained result is that for the first time the information technology of information security audit of critical infrastructure facilities was developed, which provides verification of compliance of critical infrastructure facilities with the general requirements approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19 June 2019, No.518. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of developing information technology software. Prospects for further research in this area. The presented study does not cover all aspects of this problem. Theoretical and practical results obtained in the process of scientific research are the basis for further study in such areas as the development of information technology software.

    Imitation of CNS-Control of Human Lower Limb: Joints Simulation

    In this paper, the imitation of central nervous system control of human lower limb is done and the controller simulation for ankle joints is presented. The CNS control is applied to multi-joints coordination relating to the problem of human postural balance. This control strategy was developed with aid of state-space model of the lower extremity of human in order to reconstruct natural human motion and to stabilize the human posture. Based on real model experiments, which simulates the human motion process in real time, we present the methodology of actual target values obtaining which correspond to position of human upright standing.

    Area of Interest Based Assessment of Software Interface Usability for Human-Computer Interaction Using Eye-Tracking

    Non-functional requirements to software quality (SWQ) is described in general by SWQ models characteristics. Last the most famous software quality model ISO/IEC 25010 includes eight characteristics: functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability and portability. Usability as a SWQ characteristic must include subcharacteristics, inherent to software user interface quality as static object and also as subcharacteristics of process user interaction, i.e. is user-computer interaction in real time. In existing models of quality and quality assessment of usability the peculiarities of humancomputer interaction (HCI) in real time are not taken into account in real time. Software interface usability model (SIUM) for HCI and models for its assessment are suggested. Such models are interconnected through a single nomenclature of subcharacteristics. HCI SIUM consists of two parts and includes a set of metrics, which correspond to the defined under subcharacteristics. Particularity of model is that all primitives for calculation software interface usability metrics for HCI obtained only with use of software and hardware complex of the eye-tracker.

    Development of a system for predicting failures of bagging machines

    The reliability and effective operation of machines is a pressing problem for every enterprise, which requires labour intensive systematizationof production processes. The goal is to develop an algorithm and a system for predicting failures of packaging machines based on the analysisof operational indicators. The scientific novelty lies in the integration of statistical data to assess the efficiency of machine operation and predict possible failures, which allows significantly improving maintenance processes and reducing the risks of unforeseen breakdowns. The practical valueis the development of a forecasting system that collects the necessary statistical data and performs forecasting. Based on the collected data, an assessment of the efficiency of work and forecasting of possible failures is carried out. The forecasting system is demonstrated on the example of packaging machines LEMO INTERmat ST-SA 850 of "Tatrafan" LLC. Two research methods were used: calculation (mathematical) and forecasting system (least squares method). The forecasting system provides two ways of presenting data: tabular and graphical. Tabular presentation of data allows filtering information according to various criteria, while graphical display is implemented in the form of diagrams showing the operating time and downtime of machines.The main results are the determined range of probable failure of LEMO INTERmat ST-SA 850 packaging machines, which lies in the range from 9090.5to 12736.5 hours of operation and almost coincides with the manufacturer's warranty period. With timely maintenance, it is possible to increase the lower limit of this interval.

    Soil Analysis Software Tool for Smart Control of Agronomic Data

    In this paper we develop system approach for obtaining, analysing and managing the agronomic parameters of the soil based on software and hardware IT-complex. The developed tool Soil Analysis Software Tool (S.A.S.T) is aasigned for measuring soil parameters with the possibility of integration into the system of research and online recommendations for optimization of consumables. Presented results makes a significant contribution to the concept of precision agriculture technic as farming IT model based on observing, control, detection regarding to inter and/or intra-field productive variability.

    Architectural And Engineering Aspects Of Integrating The Novita Ai Api Into A Web Application For Image Generation

    This paper investigates architectural and software engineering approaches to integrating the Novita AI image generation service into a web-based application that supports scalable and asynchronous request processing. The proposed solution is based on a clear separation of responsibilities between frontend and backend components, where the backend handles validation, orchestration of long-running tasks, interaction with external APIs, and data persistence. Communication is implemented using REST for synchronous operations and WebSocket-based notifications for asynchronous updates, while resource-intensive tasks are executed through a queue-based mechanism to prevent interface blocking. Integration with the Novita AI service is encapsulated within a dedicated service layer, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and extensibility. An experimental evaluation was conducted to measure execution times of key operations, including image generation, transformation, upscaling, and custom model training. The results confirm the effectiveness of asynchronous processing and demonstrate that custom models improve output consistency at the cost of a minor increase in generation time. The novelty of this study lies in the architectural justification of asynchronous API integration for AI-based image generation with support for custom model training, validated through experimental performance evaluation.

    Architecture And Experimental Evaluation Of A Cross-Platform Mobile Application For Adaptive Learning Using Large Language Models

    The paper addresses the design and experimental evaluation of the architecture of a cross-platform mobile application for adaptive foreign language learning using large language models. An architectural approach based on a dedicated AI Integration Layer is proposed, enabling the separation of business logic and improving the reliability of interaction with external AI services. The system implements adaptive content generation considering individual user characteristics. Special attention is given to performance optimization through the implementation of a multi-level caching mechanism, which reduced AI service usage costs by 74 % and decreased response latency. An experimental evaluation of system performance demonstrated stable operation under a load of up to 100 concurrent users with an average response time of 280-500 ms, and identified a degradation threshold at 160-170 users. The obtained results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach and its applicability for developing modern mobile educational systems based on large language models.

    New transliteration program “COTOGWA” development

    The purpose of the work is to develop a program for transliteration and refactoring of mechanically typed text “CotoGwa”. A literary analysis of the research problem is presented. The choice of ways, technologies and means of solving the task is substantiated. The functional and structural scheme of the program is substantiated. The process of developing a software product is highlighted. Comparative characteristics of analogues are carried out and their shortcomings are described. The advantages of the developed product are defined too. The oftware development model and used scientific research methods are justified. The practical application of the created product is described step by step. Testing and debugging of the program is described. Considering the implementation of the software, the architectural solutions and technologies used in the project were analyzed. The program takes into account the needs of users and can be easily extended to provide additional functionality thanks to the flexibility and extensive functionality of the C# programming language. In the future, the development of the program will include additional options to create even greater convenience and speed of use by users. Taking into account feedback from users can contribute to the further development of this software in the field of text printing. In general, the development makes it possible to efficiently and conveniently enter and edit text, reducing time spent on additional printing principles and facilitating routine tasks for users.
