(Greece, 2024-10-11) Здолбіцька, Ніна Василівна; Ostapchuk, Oleksandr; Лавренчук, Світлана Василівна; Терлецький, Тарас Володимирович; Кайдик, Олег Леонтійович; Zhyharevych, Oksana
A specialized information system of the enterprise has been developed for forecasting and raw materials ordering, which allows for the optimization of warehouse stocks of raw materials and reduces the risks of under-fulfillment of orders for finished products. It is important to control warehouse stocks and orders for basic raw materials of pure film. The essence of control comes down to constant monitoring of raw material balances in warehouses, and forecasting orders for base films in advance, since the execution of raw material deliveries is also stretched from two weeks to several months. The developed program automatically takes into account the available balance of raw materials in warehouses, the ordered quantity, and the required quantity according to forecasts, which improves the raw materials turnover ratio in warehouses. As customer expectations and behavior change dynamically, having such demand forecasting software empowers companies and helps them respond quickly to changes. An analytical decision-making mechanism based on a weighting function that provides the degree of raw material relevance for an order has been proposed. Recommendations have been given for choosing weighting function coefficients. The research results have been implemented in a business process at an enterprise engaged in the production of flexible packaging. The advantage of this system is the userfriendly interface, in particular the advisory component regarding the need and number of orders.

In present paper we develop the automatic optimal control of the production process of dough mixture preparation, that can be used in the production of alcohol and fuel ethanol from grain raw materials. Known methods of automatic control of the dough preparation process are based on measuring a consumption of raw materials and a concentration of dough and regulating the water supply. We offer an improved method based on robust stabilization nonlinear process control that will ensure more stable operation of the system, smooth transitions of regimes and economy of used energy, improvement of a quality of the mixture dough, as well as final ethanol product. The optimal operating modes of experimental installation were investigated using state-space dynamical modelling technic and ethanol production process simulation.

APPLICATION OF MULTI-AGENT PROGRAMMING FOR MODELING THE VISCOSITY STATE OF MASH IN ALCOHOL PRODUCTION
(Lublin University of Technology, 2025-03) Гуменюк, Лариса Олександрівна; Маркіна, Людмила Миколаївна; Satsyk, Viktor; Гуменюк, Павло Олександрович; Lashch, Anton
In alcohol production from starch-containing raw materials, it is essential to know the dynamic viscosity of the resulting solution. The main drawback of control systems in the solution preparation process is the lack of viscosity monitoring. This prevents the use of processing modes that would ensure efficient execution of the subsequent thermoenzymatic treatment of the solution. This work is dedicated to examining the qualitative impact of the timing of enzyme addition on the change in the dynamic viscosity of the solution, aiming to improve the quality of the process control during its preparation. The study was conducted in the free multi-agent programming environment NetLogo, which is used for modeling complex systems evolving over time.

    Modeling of interception parking lots
(2025-09) Gumeniuk, Larysa; Lotysh, Volodymyr; Humeniuk, Pavlo; Reshetylo, Oleksandr; Syrota, Yuriy
This paper is devoted to solving the problem of effective traffic flow management and parking lot organization by creating interception parking lots that help reduce traffic jams and improve parking availability. An algorithm has been proposed, and a simulation model of an interceptor parking lot has been implemented in Python. The development allows for the examination of the dynamics of parking lots, taking into account changes in traffic intensity throughout the day and week. It provides extensive opportunities for configuring parameters such as the number of lanes, parking lot capacity, vehicle arrival intensity, and duration of stay. The developed model can be helpful for urban planners, commercial parking lot owners, and researchers working on optimizing the use of urban space. Its integration with modern IoT solutions opens up prospects for the creation of intelligent parking systems that will help reduce traffic congestion, increase driver comfort, and reduce the impact of motor transport on the city's environment.
