Удосконалення торговельних бізнес-процесів на підприємстві (на матеріалах магазину «Курсор»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена питанням удосконалення здійснення торговельних бізнес-процесів у магазині. У першому розділі роботи проведено теоретичні дослідження сутності торговельних бізнес-процесів, наведено їх визначальні характеристики. Запропоновано систему показників оцінки здійснення торговельних бізнеспроцесів у магазині. У другому розділі роботи наведено загальну характеристику діяльності підприємства торгівлі, проаналізовано основні показники його діяльності. Проведено аналіз організації здійснення торговельних бізнес-процесів у магазині. Здійснено оцінку ефективності здійснення .торговельних бізнеспроцесів у магазині. Здійснено діагностику здійснення .торговельних бізнеспроцесів у магазині. У висновках та пропозиціях узагальнено результати дослідження, обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення здійснення .торговельних бізнес-процесів у магазині та проведено оцінку їх ефективності.

The qualification work is devoted to the issue of improving the implementation of trade business processes in the store. In the first section of the work, theoretical studies of the essence of trade business processes are carried out, their defining characteristics are given. A system of indicators for evaluating the implementation of trade business processes in the store is proposed. In the second section of the work, the general characteristics of the trade enterprise's activity are given, the main indicators of its activity are analyzed. An analysis of the organization of trade business processes in the store was carried out. An evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of trade business processes in the store was carried out. The diagnosis of the implementation of trade business processes in the store was carried out. In the conclusions and proposals, the results of the research are summarized, the directions for improving the implementation of trade business processes in the store are substantiated, and their effectiveness is evaluated.
