Abstract
The thesis substantiates the development of a mobile application "TaskManager" for the Android platform aimed at automating mobile task management in small software development teams, optimizing collaborative workflows, and ensuring seamless operation under conditions of unreliable network connectivity. Existing software analogues (Trello, Asana, Jira, and Todoist) are analyzed, identifying their user experience and synchronization limitations on mobile devices and formulating requirements for the engineered solution. The functional and technical specifications of the product are defined, modeling a three-tier system architecture based on Clean Architecture principles. Furthermore, a native Android application featuring a Kanban board, workspace role-based access control, integrated communication, FCM push notifications, a Glance widget, and an offline-first data synchronization model is implemented utilizing Jetpack Compose, Room, WorkManager, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Authentication. Unit testing results and product documentation analysis confirmed the stability, fault tolerance, data consistency, and practical efficiency of the developed mobile application's deployment.
