Обґрунтування економічної стратегії розвитку підприємства (на матеріалах ТОВ «ХІТ ВУД ПРОДАКШН»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена питанням обґрунтування вибору економічної стратегії розвитку підприємства. У першому розділі роботи проведено теоретичні дослідження сутності економічної стратегії підприємства, виділено підходи та характеристики даного поняття. Наведено процес вибору економічної стратегії розвитку підприємства. Розглянуто види стратегій розвитку підприємства. У другому розділі роботи наведено загальну характеристику діяльності підприємства, проаналізовано основні показники діяльності підприємства. Проведено стратегічний аналіз внутрішнього середовища підприємства. Здійснено оцінку зовнішніх чинників впливу на стратегічний розвиток підприємства. Проведено діагностику стану підприємства через виявлення сильних та слабких сторін його діяльності, а також можливостей та загроз зовнішнього середовища.

The qualification work is devoted to the issues of justifying the choice of an economic strategy for the development of the enterprise. In the first section of the work, theoretical studies of the essence of the economic strategy of the enterprise were carried out, the approaches and characteristics of this concept were highlighted. The process of choosing an economic strategy for enterprise development is given. Types of enterprise development strategies are considered. In the second section of the work, the general characteristics of the enterprise's activity are given, the main indicators of the enterprise's activity are analyzed. A strategic analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise was carried out. An assessment of external factors influencing the strategic development of the enterprise was carried out. A diagnosis of the state of the enterprise was carried out by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of its activity, as well as the opportunities and threats of the external environment
