Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена питанням розробки логістичної стратегії підприємства. У першому розділі роботи проведено теоретичні дослідження сутності логістичної стратегії підприємства, виділено підходи до його змісту. Розглянуто процес розробки та реалізації логістичної стратегії підприємства. Наведено види логістичних стратегій підприємства. У другому розділі роботи наведено загальну характеристику діяльності підприємства, проаналізовано основні показники діяльності підприємства. Здійснено стратегічний аналіз діяльності підприємства. Проведено стратегічну діагностику логістичного середовища підприємстваThe qualification work is devoted to the development of the company's logistics strategy. In the first section of the work, theoretical studies of the essence of the logistics strategy of the enterprise were carried out, and approaches to its content were highlighted. In the second section of the work, the general characteristics of the enterprise's activity are given, the main indicators of the enterprise's activity are analyzed. A strategic analysis of the company's activity was carried out. A strategic diagnosis of the logistics environment of the enterprise was carried out.
