Розробка та дослідження android-додатку для формування та відстеження здорових звичок із використанням ігрових елементів

Abstract

У роботі обґрунтовано розробку Android-додатку для формування та відстеження здорових звичок із використанням ігрових елементів. Проаналізовано сучасний стан проблеми підтримання корисних звичок, розглянуто психологічні аспекти побудови поведінкових моделей та існуючі мобільні додатки, визначено їхні переваги й недоліки. Спроєктовано архітектуру додатку, розроблено структуру бази даних, описано модулі трекінгу звичок та реалізовано ігрові механізми, включно зі streak-послідовностями, системою досягнень і рівнів.

The work justifies the development of an Android application for forming and tracking healthy habits using game elements. The current state of the problem of maintaining healthy habits is analyzed, psychological aspects of behavioral model development are considered, and existing mobile applications are evaluated, highlighting their advantages and limitations. The architecture of the Android application is designed, the database structure is developed, habit tracking modules are described, and gamification mechanisms are implemented, including streak sequences, achievement systems, and level progression.
