Abstract

У статті досліджується роль командної роботи в контексті навчальних проєктів ІТ-спеціальностей. На основі проведеного аналізу сформульовано висновки щодо важливості розвитку навичок командної роботи у сучасних ІТ-фахівців та перспектив використання інноваційних технологій в освітньому процесі. У статті детально аналізуються переваги та виклики, пов’язані з командною взаємодією серед студентів. Зокрема, підкреслюється роль командної роботи у розвитку м’яких навичок, розширенні знань та підготовці до професійної діяльності. Однак, робота також висвітлює потенційні труднощі, такі як конфлікти, нерівномірний розподіл роботи та проблеми з комунікацією. Для мінімізації цих ризиків пропонуються ефективні стратегії, включаючи чітке визначення ролей, регулярні зустрічі команди та розвиток лідерських якостей. Особлива увага приділяється ролі сучасних технологій у покращенні командної роботи. Розкрито можливості використання онлайн-платформ та штучного інтелекту для підвищення ефективності співпраці, автоматизації рутинних завдань та аналізу даних. Серед технічних ресурсів, які забезпечують ефективну командну роботу визначено: Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Coursera, Udemy, Teamwork, Wrike, Miro, Crello, Canva. Представлені засоби управління командною роботу сприятимуть налагодженню подальшої ефективної комунікації з усіма учасниками реалізації навчальних проєктів. На підставі проведеного аналізу формулюються висновки щодо важливості командної роботи в освітньому процесі та перспектив використання інноваційних технологій для її вдосконалення. Стаття буде корисною для викладачів, студентів, а також для фахівців, які займаються розробкою навчальних програм в галузі інформаційних технологій.The article explores the role of teamwork in the context of educational projects in IT specialties. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the importance of developing teamwork skills for modern IT professionals and the prospects for using innovative technologies in the educational process. The article analyzes in detail the benefits and challenges associated with teamwork among students. In particular, it emphasizes the role of teamwork in developing soft skills, expanding knowledge, and preparing for professional activities. However, the paper also highlights potential difficulties such as conflicts, uneven distribution of work, and communication problems. Effective strategies are suggested to minimize these risks, including clear role definitions, regular team meetings, and leadership development. Particular attention is paid to the role of modern technologies in improving teamwork. The possibilities of using online platforms and artificial intelligence to increase the efficiency of cooperation, automate routine tasks, and analyze data are revealed.
