Abstract

The article analyzes conceptual approaches to preventing crimes in the field of road safety through a system of legal, technological, educational, and social measures. The legal approach focuses on improving the regulatory framework and mechanisms of responsibility, including strengthening sanctions for traffic violations and implementing the European model of responsibility. The technological approach involves the implementation of innovative means of controlling road situations, in particular, automated systems for recording violations, intelligent transport systems, and technologies for preventing emergencies.
