| dc.description.abstract | Research relevance is determined by the rapid growth of innovative technology use in law enforcement activities and the need for legal regulation of artificial intelligence applications in traffic accident analysis. Traffic accident statistics in Ukraine consistently show high levels of road accidents, resulting in significant human and material losses. Implementing artificial intelligence technologies can substantially improve investigating and preventing traffic accidents, but it requires proper legal regulation that considers criminal law aspects. The aim of the research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal framework for applying artificial intelligence to process data on traffic accidents in Ukraine, identify potential criminal law risks, and develop recommendations to improve legislation in this area. | |
