The adaptation of digital technologies to educational programs has become a crucial element of this transformation. Communication skills now represent an essential component of the learning process. In the context of widespread digitalization, it is vital to develop new educational goals and objectives that enhance competence, flexibility, and adaptability among students and teachers. Consequently, the study of modern information technologies in educational management, particularly through the lens of European experience, is highly relevant for improving educational practices, increasing institutional competitiveness, and ensuring the quality of teaching in the digital age. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of innovative approaches to managing the educational process based on European experience. Special attention is given to the impact of digital technologies, personalized learning programs, and collaboration skills on the overall effectiveness of education. The study employs commonly accepted methods of analysis, systematization, and generalization. The effectiveness of educational tasks was assessed using expert evaluations in two groups: teachers (n = 15) and students (n = 15). To verify the objectivity of grading, the JASP software package was used, applying the Bayes factor paired t-test, logistic analysis, and stability testing of Bayes factors. Correlation analysis revealed significant relationships between access to individual learning resources (r = 0.57, p = 0.043), success in online learning (r =-0.45, p = 0.123), and motivation to use learning methods (r = 0.43, p = 0.129). The verification of expert assessments confirms that the proper implementation of managerial functions and digital tasks effectively promotes digital skills among both teachers and students. To further enhance the educational process, it is essential to integrate digital technologies, develop personalized learning environments, and strengthen motivation and adaptability-especially under conditions of distance education.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, The problems of implementation and regulation of land market in the agricultural sector of Ukraine(Bucharest, 2020) Shvorak, Anatoliy; Filiuk, Dmytro; Koretska, Nataliia; Vahnovska, Nataliia; Brodska, Iryna; Tendyuk, AllaIn the article it is proved that the current situation in conducting agrarian reform in Ukraine is characterized by the formal completion of the restructuring of collective farms and the conclusion of the final stage of privatization of agricultural land. However, the main feature of this period is that the initiative in the development of reform has shifted from the state to agribusiness. So, if in the process of reform the state initiated the restructuring of collective agricultural enterprises, offered their organizational and legal forms, then in the pre-reform period, this initiative went to agribusiness, the manifestation of which was the emergence of agroholdings. Also the article analyses preventive measures during proceedings of land market in the countries of Europe, Argentine and the existing state of land relations in Ukraine. The study substantiates that in Ukraine emergence of agroholdings it is connected with imperfection and failures in functioning of economy, the lack of necessary institutional and legal conditions for conducting effective business inadequate the policy of the state, in particular lack of the full market of the farmland. In the article we have proved that consolidation of the agricultural land by agroholdings by replacement from the market of land lease of a certain number of the agrarian enterprises and farmers creates a certain negative social and economic situation in the village. It is proved that the introduction of the land market should not be an end in itself, but must obey the purpose of successful development of the agricultural sector on the basis of national SME based on organic farming and will revive the Ukrainian agriculture, to create appropriate social living conditions in rural areas to make the country prosperous.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, Digital Models of Administration as a Mechanism for Enhancing Leadership Accountability in Dynamic Institutions(2026-08-01) Vavdiiuk, Nataliia; Koretska, Nataliia; Smolych, Dariia; Abramova, Iryna; Tendiuk, AllaThe article examines the conceptual and methodological foundations of digital transformation of organizations in the context of responsible leadership development. The essence of digital transformation is defined as a systemic process of strategic updating of the business model, operational processes and corporate culture based on the use of digital technologies. The difference between automation and digital transformation is substantiated, and the role of digital management as a practical tool for implementing digital solutions is highlighted. On the basis of generalization of modern scientific approaches (resource, dynamic abilities and socially responsible management) the theoretical basis of the study is revealed. An integral index of digital transformation is proposed to quantify the level of digitalization of organizations, which takes into account the degree of implementation of basic digital technologies and their strategic impact. The model was empirically tested on the example of three companies, the results of which showed a strong positive correlation between the level of digitalization and the index of responsible leadership, including transparency, accountability and ethics of management decisions. To evaluate the effectiveness of digital management, the author proposes an improved model of an integral indicator that takes into account five components: economic and social performance, level of digital maturity, ethical management decisions, and management transparency. This approach allows for a comprehensive assessment of not only the economic results of digitalization, but also the socio-ethical effect of transformation. A scale for interpreting the levels of digital efficiency has been developed, which allows for a comparative analysis of organizations in different industries. The results obtained are of practical importance for the development of systems for monitoring digital maturity, assessing responsible leadership and formulating sustainable development strategies in the digital economy.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT OF UKRAINE'S ENERGY DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF LOW-CARBON AND DIGITAL TRANSITION(2026-07-24) Vavdiiuk, Nataliia; Riznyk, Dominika; Shovkalyuk, MarynaThe article is devoted to the development of an adaptive management system for Ukraine’s energy sector based on the principles of a low-carbon economy. Therefore, such a transition necessitates new leadership which can best function in the changed environment. Informed by an integrative review approach, this paper critically investigates the change of leadership paradigms and practice and how technology plays a key role in shaping new leadership practices. It can be concluded from the findings of this study that leadership in Industry 5.0 is multidimensional and multi-dimensional. It’s no longer just simply a matter of merging known leadership styles, as was arguably the case with Industry 4.0; instead it is a new synthesis-based on symbiotic leadership –flowing from big data (incorporating AI). With these conditions, leadership becomes neurodigital. From the concept of simbiotic leadership, a neurodigital triad methodological about digital strategic setting goals and planning in leadreship digital on Industrial 5.0 is proposed. This study is aligned with the development of a methodology and applied instruments to form new socio-economic, cybersocial, and neurodigital ecosystems.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, Financing of Agrarian and Agricultural Sectors in the Context of Implementation of International Experience(2021-06-30) Sodoma, Ruslana; Brukh, Oksana; Shmatkovska, Tetiana; Vavdiiuk, Nataliia; Bilochenko, Andrii; Kupyra, Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, Distribution of V.Boksha’s Bioclimatic Index in Ukraine and the Development of an Automated Application for Its Determination(2025) Pavliuk, Margaryta; Fedoniuk, Vitalina; Vavdiiuk, Nataliia; Fedoniuk, YuriiIn connection with global climate change and the increasing number of manifestations of weather sensitivity, the influence of weather conditions and meteorological variables on human health is attracting growing interest. Bioclimatic indices (BCIs) are indicators that serve as a qualitative tool for assessing climate comfort in a region. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of one of the BCIs – the climate pathogenicity index of V. Boksha – an assessment of climate comfort in Ukraine was carried out for 2018 – 2023 for 26 cities, and an automated application for calculating this indicator was developed. The temporal and spatial dynamics of V. Boksha’s BCI and, accordingly, the comfort of Ukraine’s climate were determined. The results were visualized in graphs, charts, and GIS-based maps. It was found that climate comfort during the year ranges from optimal in the warm period to irritating in winter, reaching acute values on certain days, the number of which varies from 5–9 (Uzhhorod, Kyiv) to 30–31 (Rivne, Sumy). Average monthly index values throughout the year range from 5 to 10 (May – August) to 25–32 (January – February). The analysis showed an increase of the comfortable period in Ukraine in 2018 – 2023 by 1.5–2 months compared to its duration in the 20th century. An automated application – an online index calculator – was developed, allowing its determination for a selected settlement. The results of the calculations of BCI, performed using the automated application, can complement daily weather forecasts to inform people about the comfort of weather conditions.
