Запобігання злочинам у сфері транспорту через вдосконалення містобудівного планування
    (Київ, 2025) Riabykh, Nataliia
The article investigates the relationship between urban planning features and the crime level in Ukraine's transport sector. The research results showed that despite the development of technical security means and strengthened law enforcement control, the effectiveness of crime prevention remains insufficient. In this regard, the necessity of a systematic approach is substantiated, which includes architectural and planning solutions as an integral element of a preventive strategy. Based on the analysis of international experience and adaptation of the "Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design" concept to Ukrainian realities, the authors reveal the potential of urban planning tools in forming a safe transport environment. It is important to note that special attention is paid to lighting transport hubs, organizing pedestrian flows, visual surveillance, and creating open spaces that promote natural supervision. The authors analyze the legislative support for integrating security principles into urban planning and identify gaps in the regulatory framework. Additionally, the paper presents the results of sociological research on the perception of transport infrastructure safety by different population groups, allowing for consideration of the needs of the most vulnerable categories of transport users. It was found that the authors proposed a model for assessing transport infrastructure's safety, including quantitative and qualitative indicators. Thus, using several Ukrainian cities as examples, the possibilities of applying the developed recommendations are demonstrated, and the potential socio-economic effect of their implementation is calculated. On the other hand, the article contains specific proposals for improving state building codes, mechanisms of public control, and stimulating private investment in secure infrastructure. At the same time, the research materials can be used in developing urban planning documentation, improving educational programs for training specialists in urban planning and transport planning, and forming strategies for the sustainable development of settlements in Ukraine. However, it should be taken into account that the effectiveness of the proposed measures depends on a comprehensive approach to their implementation.

BEHAVIORAL TRAPS IN SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: A MARKETING DIMENSION
    (Луцьк : Вежа-Друк, 2025-10-31) Kuzmаk, Oleh
Introduction. In the contemporary context of globalization, energy transitions, and climate challenges, business organizations face increasing pressure to translate declarative sustainable development principles into actionable corporate practices. Despite the growing adoption of international reporting standards, such as ISSB and CSRD, the effectiveness of ESG strategies is often constrained by managerial behavioral factors and cognitive biases. Understanding these behavioral barriers is critical for enhancing the efficiency of sustainability initiatives and aligning them with corporate marketing objectives. The purpose of the article. This study aims to identify the key behavioral traps that influence the implementation of sustainable business strategies and to examine their implications within the marketing context of corporate management. The focus is on how cognitive biases and decision-making patterns hinder the adoption of ESG initiatives, affecting both organizational performance and stakeholder trust. Methods. The research is grounded in a comprehensive review of contemporary scientific literature, international regulatory frameworks, and corporate sustainability cases. Methodologically, the study employs systematization, content analysis, comparative assessment, and structural-functional analysis. This integrated approach enables the identification of cognitive biases and managerial practices embedded in marketing communications, which serve as behavioral barriers to the effective implementation of ESG programs. Results. The findings reveal that several behavioral traps are prevalent in corporate decision-making, including status quo bias, short-termism, the attitude-behavior gap, moral licensing, herd behavior, and ethical blindness. These traps reduce firms’ readiness for innovative transformations, slow down the adoption of green technologies, and undermine stakeholders’ confidence in ESG reporting. To mitigate these barriers, the study proposes a set of strategic instruments: transition roadmaps, long-term incentives for managers, transparent communication mechanisms, the cultivation of a culture of responsibility, and the application of behavioral economics principles in marketing strategies. Conclusions. Behavioral traps constitute hidden risks to sustainable business development that cannot be fully addressed through regulatory compliance alone. Effective management requires the integration of institutional and behavioral approaches, enabling companies to enhance the performance of ESG strategies, strengthen stakeholder trust, and secure sustainable competitiveness. The study highlights the critical role of marketing-oriented behavioral interventions in overcoming psychological and organizational constraints, thus fostering more resilient and socially responsible business practices.

Financial compliance as a driver of customer loyalty and sustainable development in the digital economy
(Острог : НаУОА, 2025-09) Kuzmak, Olena; Kuzmаk, Oleh
In the digital economy, financial compliance is transforming from a formal regulatory instrument into a strategic resource that fosters customer loyalty and sustainable development. The relevance of this study is driven by the strengthening of international standards (GDPR, AML, ESG), the growing role of FinTech and RegTech, and the increasing need for companies to enhance transparency and customer trust. The purpose of the article is to analyze financial compliance as a driver of customer loyalty and sustainable development in the context of digitalization. The objectives include examining the role of RegTech solutions, the integration of ESG principles, and their impact on corporate reputation and competitiveness. The research is based on the analysis of academic literature, empirical data, consulting reports (KPMG, The Business Research Company), and case studies of international and Ukrainian financial institutions (N26, PrivatBank, ING). A systemic approach is applied to assess the interrelation between compliance, technologies, and customer experience. Financial compliance, supported by RegTech technologies (AI, blockchain), reduces data processing time by 40-50% and increases customer loyalty by 60% through the optimization of KYC/AML procedures. The integration of ESG principles contributes to a 20% reduction in customer complaints and growth in NPS (e.g., ING: +4-10 points). Practical cases confirm that compliance strengthens corporate reputation and competitiveness. Financial compliance in the digital economy is not only a tool for regulatory conformity but also a strategic resource that builds trust, transparency, and business sustainability. It is recommended to integrate compliance into marketing strategies to strengthen competitive positioning. Future research prospects include the development of methodologies for assessing the impact of compliance on customer loyalty and the analysis of industry-specific differences in its implementation.

Integration of international eco-financing mechanisms into the insurance management system in the context of ESG and sustainable development
(Одеса : Гельветика, 2025-07) Ishchuk, Lesia; Polishchuk, Vadym
The article considers the issue of introducing eco-financing mechanisms into the field of insurance management, taking into account ESG principles and sustainable development goals. The authors prove that the traditional role of insurance as a compensatory instrument is no longer sufficient – instead, its strategic importance in systemic risk management, in particular environmental and social, is being actualized. It is substantiated that the integration of environmental financial instruments allows insurance companies not only to respond more effectively to the challenges of climate change, but also to form new competitive advantages. International approaches to ESG adaptation of insurance companies are analyzed, including cases of using "green" insurance and an ecosystem approach to risk management. Particular attention is paid to the transformational role of the insurance sector in the conditions of Ukrainian realities.

MODELLING OF NATIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF ENSURING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND HUMAN CAPITAL PROGRESS
(Чайки : ФІНТЕХАЛЬЯНС, 2025-06-30) Svynarenko, Dmytro; Лютак, Олена Миколаївна; Баула, Олена Вікторівна; Ivantsov, Serhii; Zhydyk, Andriy
The sustainable development of a national economy is a central concept in modern public governance, aiming to ensure a balanced interplay between economic growth, social equity, and environmental sustainability. This study seeks to develop theoretical and methodological approaches, alongside practical tools, for modelling and forecasting sustainable economic development. Particular attention is given to the role of human capital as a critical driver that enhances labour productivity, innovation capacity, and resource efficiency. The article highlights key challenges in implementing sustainable development models: the lack of integrated modelling frameworks, insufficient and low-quality data, the pace of global change, the absence of clear methodologies, and limited innovation activity. An econometric model is constructed to evaluate the impact of sus-tainability components on GDP as a core macroeconomic indicator. The model incorpo-rates economic, social, and environmental variables, emphasizing human capital as a mediating factor. Two-variable trend analyses are used to explore relationships between real GDP and selected indicators. The study identifies the most influential factors as the Consumer Price Index (%), State Budget Deficit (UAH million), Minimum Wage (UAH), Share of Renewable Energy in Total Supply (%), and Energy Consumption from Wind and Solar Sources (thousand tons of oil equivalent). Correlation and determination co-efficients are calculated to quantify these relationships. GDP forecasting is conducted using logarithmic, exponential, and power regression models. Based on the findings, the paper outlines strategic directions for promoting sustainable development in Ukraine, focusing on economic, environmental, and social dimensions through the ad-vancement of human capital. The research methodology combines a systemic and in-terdisciplinary approach, employing tools such as comprehensive factor analysis, stra-tegic planning, and econometric modelling using the Data Analysis and Regression toolkit.
