Проєктування конструкції прес-форми для лиття радіатора світлодіодної лампи

Abstract

В роботі було проведено аналіз радіаторів для світлодіодних ламп та розглянуто технологію лиття під тиском. В проектній частині розроблено конструкцію та принцип роботи прес-форми, описано її елементи та проведено розрахунок параметрів пресувального і запираючого механізмів та розмірний аналіз конструкції прес-форми та розробклено технологію складання пристрою. Приведені рекомендації з безпечної експлуатації.In the work, an analysis of radiators for LED lamps was carried out and the casting technology under pressure was examined. In the design part, the design and operating principle of the mold are broken down, its elements are described, the parameters of the preseal and locking mechanisms are developed, a dimensional analysis of the design of the mold is carried out, and the technology of folding the device is broken down. Recommendations for safe operation are provided.
