Оптимізація логістичних витрат підприємства (на матеріалах ПрАТ «СКФ Україна»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена питанням оптимізації логістичних витрат підприємства. У першому розділі роботи проведено теоретичні дослідження логістичних витрат підприємства. У другому розділі роботи наведено загальну характеристику підприємства, проаналізовано основні показники його діяльності. Здійснено аналіз та оцінку логістичних витрат підприємства за напрямами: елементи витрат, обсяг продукції, логістичні потоки. Проаналізовано ефективність використання логістичних витрат підприємства. У висновках і пропозиціях узагальнено отримані результати, обґрунтовано напрями оптимізації логістичних витрат підприємства.

The qualification work is devoted to optimization of logistic costs of the enterprise. In the first section of the work, theoretical studies of the logistics costs of the enterprise carried out. In particular, the essential characteristics of the company’s logistics costs are considered, the classification of types of logistics costs is given, and an algorithm for the analysis and assessment of the company’s logistics costs is developed. In the second section of the work, the general characteristics of the enterprise’s activity are given, the main indicators of the enterprise's activity are analyzed. An analysis and assessment of the company’s logistics costs was carried out in the following directions: cost elements, volume of products, logistics flows. The efficiency of the enterprise’s use of logistics costs was analyzed. In the conclusions and proposals, the obtained results are summarized, the directions for optimizing the company’s logistics costs are substantiated.
