Abstract

В роботі виходячи з поставлених задач проведено необхідні конструкторські обрахунки, що стосуються основних елементів і вузлів стрічкового конвеєра, визначено основні параметри проектованої розробки, а саме: розрахунок стрічкового конвеєра, визначення параметрів роликоопор, розрахунок і вибір гумовотканинні стрічки, визначення розподільних мас, вибір коефіцієнтів і визначення місцевих сил опору руху, тяговий розрахунок, визначення тягового зусилля, визначення значення повного тягового коефіцієнта, визначення необхідного кута обхвату стрічки приводного барабана, розрахунок і вибір параметрів барабанів, розрахунок приводної станції, розрахунок натягача, розрахунок валу приводного барабана, розрахунок осі натяжного барабана, та розрахунок підшипників валу і осі. В розділі рекомендацій з експлуатації обладнання, виявлені небезпечні фактори виробництва, проведені розрахунки освітлення, зазначені протипожежні заходи.In the work, based on the tasks, the necessary design calculations related to the main elements and nodes of the belt conveyor were carried out, the main parameters of the designed development were determined, namely: calculation of the belt conveyor, determination of roller support parameters, calculation and selection of rubber woven tape, determination of distribution masses, selection of coefficients and determination of local forces of resistance to movement, traction calculation, determination of traction force, determination of the value of the full traction coefficient, determination of the required angle of the belt of the drive drum, calculation and selection of drum parameters, calculation of the drive station, calculation of the tensioner, calculation of the shaft of the drive drum, calculation of the axis of the tension drum, and calculation of shaft and axle bearings. In the section of recommendations for the operation of the equipment, dangerous production factors were identified, lighting calculations were carried out, and fire prevention measures were indicated.
