Модернізація гідравлічного преса з поворотним ударником

Abstract

В роботі було проведено аналіз технологічних процесів та конструкцій, а також проаналізовано необхідність модернізації існуючого обладнання. Також приведена конструкція преса та окремих вузлів, приведений розрахунок клинопасової передачі, також спроектовані шківи, та приведена технологія ремонту. В розділі " Рекомендації з експлуатації обладнання " проаналізовано характеристику пристрою з точки зору техніки безпеки при експлуатації устаткування та, умов праці на дільниці під час роботи з обладнанням. Розроблені заходи по покращанню умов праці на дільниці, особлива увага приділена захисту від рухомих частин та приведені заходи при виникненні надзвичайних ситуацій.

In the work, an analysis of technological processes and structures was carried out, as well as the need to modernize the existing equipment was analyzed. The design of the press and individual units, the calculation of the V-belt transmission, the designed pulleys, and the repair technology are also given. In the section "Recommendations for the operation of the equipment" the characteristics of the device are analyzed from the point of view of safety techniques during the operation of the equipment and working conditions at the site while working with the equipment. Measures were developed to improve working conditions at the site, special attention was paid to protection from moving parts, and measures were taken in case of emergency situations.
