Проектування пакувального устаткування

Abstract

У роботі проведено порівняння плівок, особливості виробництва, пакування тарою із пінопласту та огляд обладнання для пакування в лотки, які покриваються плівкою. Спроектовано конструкцію вузлів устаткування, розроблено принцип роботи автомата, технологічної схеми та карти автомата, структурної і кінематичної схеми автомата. Розраховано пневмопривід механізму піднімального столика, привід механізму повздовжнього переміщення плівки, пневмопривід механізму поперечного розтягування плівки. Проведено розрахунок на міцність вісі привідного конвеєра подачі продукціїа та розрахунок на міцність привідного вала конвеєра відводу продукції, кінематичний розрахунок конвеєра подачі виробів та конвеєра відводу продукції, а також динамічний розрахунок механізму розмотування стреч-плівки та механізму фіксування рулону. Подано рекомендації з експлуатації обладнання.

The work compares films, features of production, packaging with foam plastic containers, and reviews equipment for packaging in trays covered with film. The design of the equipment nodes was designed, the principle of operation of the machine, technological scheme and map of the machine, structural and kinematic scheme of the machine were developed. The pneumatic drive of the mechanism of the lifting table, the drive of the mechanism of longitudinal movement of the film, the pneumatic drive of the mechanism of transverse stretching of the film are calculated. The calculation of the strength of the axis of the drive conveyor of the product supply and the calculation of the strength of the drive shaft of the product removal conveyor, the kinematic calculation of the product supply conveyor and the product removal conveyor, as well as the dynamic calculation of the stretch film unwinding mechanism and the roll fixing mechanism were carried out. Recommendations for the operation of the equipment are provided.
