Управління логістичними потоками підприємства (на матеріалах ПрАТ «СКФ Україна»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена питанням управління логістичними потоками підприємства. У першому розділі роботи проведено теоретичні дослідження управління логістичними потоками підприємства. У другому розділі роботи наведено загальну характеристику підприємства, проаналізовано основні показники його діяльності. Здійснено аналіз та оцінку матеріальних, фінансових та інформаційних потоків підприємства. Проведено комплексний аналіз ефективності управління логістичними потоками підприємства. У висновках і пропозиціях узагальнено отримані результати, обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення управління логістичними потоками підприємства.The qualification work is devoted to the issues of managing the logistics flows of the enterprise. In the first section of the work, theoretical studies of the management of logistics flows of the enterprise were carried out. In the section of the work, the general characteristics of the enterprise are given, the main indicators of its activity are analyzed. The analysis and evaluation of material, financial and information flows of the enterprise was carried out. A comprehensive analysis of the enterprise’s logistics flow management was carried out. In the conclusions and proposals, the obtained results are summarized, the directions for optimizing the company’s logistics flow are substantiated.
