Розробка стратегії розвитку ЗВО (на матеріалах ФБП ЛНТУ)

Abstract

У роботі проведено теоретичні та прикладні дослідження забезпечення розвитку ЗВО. Досліджено сутність стратегії ЗВО, наведено процес вибору стратегії ЗВО, представлено види стратегій розвитку ЗВО. У другому розділі роботи наведено загальну характеристику ЗВО, його структуру. Здійснено аналіз та оцінку діяльності факультету бізнесу та права. Проведено стратегічну діагностику факультету бізнесу та права. У третьому розділі роботи обґрунтовано місію, цілі та стратегію розвитку ЗВО. Наведено стратегію розвитку ФБП та окреслено перспективи його розвитку.

The work conducts theoretical and applied research on ensuring the development of HEI. The essence of the HEI strategy is investigated, the process of choosing a HEI strategy is presented, and types of HEI development strategies are presented. The second section of the work provides a general characteristic of the HEI, its structure. An analysis and assessment of the activities of the Faculty of Business and Law is carried out. A strategic diagnosis of the Faculty of Business and Law is carried out. The third section of the work substantiates the mission, goals, and strategy for the development of FBL. The strategy for the development of the Faculty of Business and Law is presented and its development prospects are outlined.
