Theoretical foundations of the formation of team management of the enterprise

Abstract

The study reveals the theoretical foundations of the formation of team management at the enterprise as a modern approach to personnel management and organizational development. The role of the management team in ensuring the efficiency of the enterprise, improving the quality of management decisions and achieving strategic goals is substantiated. The essence of team management, its main principles, functions and advantages compared to traditional approaches to management are considered. Factors influencing the process of forming an effective management team are identified, in particular professional competence, leadership qualities, motivation, communication and organizational culture. The features of the interaction of team members in a dynamic business environment are studied and directions for increasing the effectiveness of teamwork are outlined. The conclusion is made about the need to implement the principles of team management as an important tool for ensuring the competitiveness and sustainable development of the enterprise.

У дослідженні розкрито теоретичні засади формування командного менеджменту на підприємстві як сучасного підходу до управління персоналом та організаційним розвитком. Обґрунтовано роль управлінської команди у забезпеченні ефективності діяльності підприємства, підвищенні якості управлінських рішень та досягненні стратегічних цілей. Розглянуто сутність командного менеджменту, його основні принципи, функції та переваги порівняно з традиційними підходами до управління. Визначено чинники, що впливають на процес формування ефективної управлінської команди, зокрема професійну компетентність, лідерські якості, мотивацію, комунікацію та організаційну культуру. Досліджено особливості взаємодії членів команди в умовах динамічного бізнес-середовища та окреслено напрями підвищення результативності командної роботи. Зроблено висновок про необхідність впровадження принципів командного менеджменту як важливого інструменту забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та сталого розвитку підприємства.
