Determining the totality of non-governmental business support organizations of Ukraine using machine learning methods

Abstract

The chapter examines the totality of non-governmental business support organizations in Ukraine using machine learning methods. The study analyzes the characteristics of organizations that provide support for entrepreneurship and determines their role within the business support infrastructure. The application of machine learning algorithms enabled the classification and systematization of data on non-governmental business support organizations, the identification of patterns in their activities, and the assessment of their representation across various sectors of the economy. The obtained results may be used to improve cooperation mechanisms between the government, business, and civil society sectors, as well as to develop effective policies for entrepreneurship support in Ukraine.

У розділі досліджено сукупність неурядових організацій підтримки бізнесу в Україні із застосуванням методів машинного навчання. Проаналізовано особливості функціонування організацій, що надають підтримку підприємництву, та визначено їх місце в інфраструктурі розвитку бізнес-середовища. Використання алгоритмів машинного навчання дало змогу здійснити класифікацію та систематизацію даних про неурядові організації підтримки бізнесу, виявити закономірності їх діяльності та оцінити рівень представленості в різних секторах економіки. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для вдосконалення механізмів взаємодії між державою, бізнесом і громадським сектором, а також для формування ефективної політики підтримки підприємництва в Україні.
