Інституційні механізми підвищення ефективності економічної служби підприємств у контексті «зеленої» реіндустріалізації та розвитку бізнесу в Україні

Abstract

У статті досліджено, що в нашій державі зростає потреба у підвищенні ефективності роботи економічних служб в умовах трансформації виробничих систем та переходу до зеленої реіндустріалізації. Розкрито зміст економічних інститутів та визначено їх роль у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств. Встановлено, що від ефективності інституційних механізмів залежать результати господарської діяльності й сталий розвиток вітчизняних підприємств, а тому вони потребують постійного удосконалення. Здійснено пошук шляхів удосконалення вітчизняних інституцій. Зроблено висновки, що інституційні механізми в нашій державі не забезпечують повністю належних умов для ефективного функціонування економічних систем, що підсилює необхідність їх удосконалення

The article investigates the growing need in Ukraine to improve the efficiency of economic services under the transformation of production systems and the transition to green reindustrialization. The essence of economic institutions is revealed and their role in the development of domestic enterprises is defined. It is established that the effectiveness of institutional mechanisms determines the outcomes of economic activity and the sustainable development of domestic enterprises, and therefore these mechanisms require continuous improvement. Based on the works of foreign scholars, it is identified that an increase in the productivity of a firm’s economic service and the growth of its economic performance occur due to high-quality institutions that surround, support, and stimulate entrepreneurship. It is demonstrated that institutional mechanisms create the prerequisites for enhancing the efficiency of economic services and accelerating the transition of domestic enterprises toward green reindustrialization. The study identifies ways to improve domestic institutions and their influence on the performance and development of Ukrainian enterprises amid the “green” transformation of economic systems. The goals and tasks of institutional mechanisms in Ukraine within the context of green reindustrialization and sustainable development are clarified. The conclusions indicate that institutional mechanisms in Ukraine do not fully ensure the necessary conditions for the effective functioning of economic systems, which reinforces the need to improve them in order to create the prerequisites for sustainable development. In this regard, the principles and directions for shaping institutional mechanisms in Ukraine for the further development of economic ecosystems are determined. At the same time, potential obstacles such as corruption, regulatory uncertainty, and low-quality legal regulation are identified. However, they can be mitigated through enhanced transparency, the establishment of independent supervisory bodies, and international partnerships.
