Особливості організації бізнесу у сфері виробництва біопалива у контексті забезпечення сталого розвитку держави

Abstract

Метою дослідження є виявлення особливостей організації та розвитку комплексних виробництв із переробки олійних технічних культур на біопаливо в Україні, а також основних проблем, що «гальмують» створення власного бізнесу у даній сфері. Сформовано відповідні висновки та надано власні пропозиції, що удосконалюватимуть та стимулюватимуть процеси організації підприємств із виробництва біопалива на основі біомаси у нашій державі.

It has been established that one of the priority directions of the development of the Ukrainian economy in the post-war period should be the in-depth processing of industrial oil crops and the production of liquid motor fuels (biodiesel and bioethanol) and biogas based on them, because this will allow: to significantly strengthen the energy security of our country; significantly increase financial receipts in the budgets of all levels; speed up the processes of European integration. Today, the cultivation of oilseeds for their sale in raw form is irrelevant. The tendency to replace traditional fuel obtained by oil distillation with ecologically clean fuels produced from biomass is becoming more and more relevant. As a result of the conducted research, it became obvious that despite all the prospects and advantages of the production of liquid motor biofuels and biogas, the vast majority of entrepreneurs still lack the desire to produce this product (goods), which is caused by a number of negative factors. It is proposed to use financial and economic tools to stimulate the creation and development of biofuel production enterprises. Thus, in order to ensure sustainable economic development in Ukraine in the direction of intensifying the creation and development of the biofuel business, it is necessary to radically change the policy and approaches to solving this issue
