В статті розглянуто суть та складові системи креативного менеджменту та вплив на неї цифрової трансформації. Виділено напрями впливу цифрової трансформації на розвиток системи креативного ме-неджменту в організації. Згруповано основні переваги та недоліки цифрової трансформації для розвитку системи креативного менеджменту. Визначено вплив цифрової трансформації на підсистеми креативного менеджменту в організації.The article examines the essence and components of the creative management system and the impact of digital transformation on it. The areas of influence of digital transformation on the development of the creative manage-ment system in an organization are highlighted. The main advantages and disadvantages of digital transformation for the development of the creative management system are grouped. The impact of digital transformation on the subsystems of creative management in an organization is determined.
