Управління грошовими потоками підприємств малого бізнесу в системі забезпечення їх фінансової стабільності в умовах воєнного часу

Abstract

Метою статті є визначення управлінських аспектів формування та розподілу грошових потоків підприємств малого бізнесу, в контексті забезпечення їх розвитку та фінансової стабільності. Визначено роль грошових потоків в діяльності малих підприємств та обґрунтовано їх взаємозв’язок із забезпеченням фінансової стабільності бізнесу та його успішного розвитку. Визначено та систематизовано проблеми розвитку підприємств малого бізнесу, які наявні в їх діяльності незалежно від зовнішніх умов функціонування. Визначено проблемні аспекти розвитку підприємств малого бізнесу, зумовлені війною в країні та нестабільністю зовнішнього середовища. Визначено напрями та показники аналітичного дослідження грошових потоків підприємств малого бізнесу, яке є важливою складовою управлінського процесу в частині визначення чинників впливу та формування управлінських рішень. Подано основні джерела формування вхідних грошових потоків в межах операційної, інвестиційної та фінансової діяльностей підприємств малого бізнесу. Визначено та описано найбільш альтернативні напрями здійснення вихідних грошових потоків підприємств малого бізнесу. Систематизовано етапи управління грошовими потоками підприємств малого бізнесу, що дозволяє досягнути ефективності управлінського процесу та забезпечити досягнення поставлених цілей. В результаті вивчення наявних проблем в діяльності малих підприємств, визначено напрями управління їх грошовими потоками, які спрямовані на ріст грошових надходжень, зменшення грошових видатків та мінімізацію операційних і фінансових ризиків функціонування бізнесу в умовах війни. Визначені напрями управління грошовими потоками підприємств малого бізнесу, спрямовані не лише на забезпечення їх платоспроможності та фінансової стабільності, а й виступають ключовими завданнями їх розвитку в умовах воєнного часу.

The purpose of the article is to determine the management aspects of the formation and distribution of ash flows of small business enterprises, in the context of ensuring their development and financial stability. The role of cash flows in the activities of small businesses is determined and their relationship with ensuring the financial stability of business and its successful development is substantiated. The problems of the development of small business enterprises that are present in their activities regardless of the external conditions of operation are determined and systematized. The problematic aspects of the development of small business enterprises caused by the war in the country and the instability of the external environment are determined. The directions and indicators of the analytical study of cash flows of small business enterprises are determined, which is an important component of the management process in terms of determining the factors of influence and forming management decisions. The main sources of the formation of incoming cash flows within the operational, investment and financial activities of small business enterprises are presented. The most alternative directions of the implementation of outgoing cash flows of small business enterprises are determined and described. The stages of cash flow management of small business enterprises have been systematized, which allows achieving the efficiency of the management process and ensuring the achievement of the set goals. As a result of studying the existing problems in the activities of small businesses, the directions of managing their cash flows have been determined, which are aimed at increasing cash receipts, reducing cash expenditures and minimizing operational and financial risks of business functioning in wartime. The directions of cash flow management of small business enterprises have been determined, which are aimed not only at ensuring their solvency and financial stability, but also serve as key tasks of their development in wartime.
