Abstract
The main advantages, disadvantages, technical aspects of Blockchain technologies, their application possibilities, development prospects, principles of work and legal aspects of the issue are considered and described. Based on blockchain technology, it is possible to create public databases, open resources for registering property rights. From a technical point of view, blockchain has certain disadvantages, but experts areconfident in the effectiveness of blockchain and predict a great future for this technology.
