Безконтактна лазерна система на основі CoreXY кінематики

Abstract

У роботі розроблено безконтактну лазерну систему на основі CoreXY кінематики. Проведено аналіз принципів роботи лазерних систем та механічних схем CoreXY, обґрунтовано вибір апаратних і програмних компонентів. Спроєктовано та реалізовано управління рухом, точність позиціонування та взаємодію лазерного випромінювача з об’єктом. Проведено тестування та підтверджено працездатність, точність і стабільність роботи системи.This paper presents the development of a contactless laser system based on CoreXY kinematics. The principles of laser systems and CoreXY mechanical schemes are analyzed, and the choice of hardware and software components is justified. Motion control, positioning accuracy, and interaction of the laser emitter with the target are designed and implemented. Testing confirms the functionality, precision, and stability of the system.
