Напрями управління фінансовою діяльністю транспортного підприємства (на матеріалах ТзОВ «Транс-Імперія»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи визначено сутність та функціональні характеристики фінансової діяльності підприємства. Визначено джерела фінансового забезпечення розвитку транспортних підприємств та подано управлінські аспекти підвищення ефективності їх фінансової діяльності. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи здійснено аналіз показників фінансової діяльності ТзОВ «Транс-Імперія» і доведено достовірність розроблених гіпотез: 1) результати фінансової діяльності транспортного підприємства впливають на рівень його ліквідності та платоспроможності; 2) оборотність фінансових ресурсів, вкладених в активи впливає на рівень ефективності фінансової діяльності транспортного підприємства; 3) обсяг власного оборотного капіталу транспортного підприємства залежить від ефективності формування та використання фінансових ресурсів. У третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи визначено сильні та слабкі сторони функціонування ТзОВ «Транс-Імперія» і обґрунтовано управлінські рішення підвищення ефективності його фінансової діяльності. Здійснено планування показників фінансової діяльності підприємства. У висновках узагальнено інформацію, відображену у трьох частинах роботи. The first section of the qualification work defines the essence and functional characteristics of the financial activity of the enterprise. The sources of financial support for the development of transport enterprises are determined and the management aspects of increasing the efficiency of their financial activity are presented. In the second section of the qualification work, an analysis of the financial activity indicators of LLC «Trans-Imperia» is carried out and the reliability of the developed hypotheses is proven: 1) the results of the financial activity of the transport enterprise affect the level of its liquidity and solvency; 2) the turnover of financial resources invested in assets affects the level of efficiency of the financial activity of the transport enterprise; 3) the volume of the transport enterprise's own working capital depends on the efficiency of the formation and use of financial resources. In the third section of the qualification work, the strengths and weaknesses of the functioning of LLC «Trans-Imperia» are determined and management decisions to increase the efficiency of its financial activity are justified. The planning of the indicators of the financial activity of the enterprise is carried out. The conclusions summarize the information reflected in the three parts of the work.
