Реалізація політики благоустрою в громаді (на матеріалах Рава-Руської міської територіальної громади)

Abstract

У роботі досліджено сутність благоустрою. Розглянуто зміст управлінської діяльності в сфері налагодження робіт із благоустрою у населених пунктах. Автором запропонована візія благоустрою як деякого механізму створення умов для комфорту життя. Проявом останнього є відчуття людського щастя. Вивчено міжнародний досвід в оцінюванні рівня щастя країн та з’ясовано роль індексу якості міських населених пунктів. Розглянуто стан реалізації політики благоустрою в регіонах країни та вплив на неї війни. Здійснено розбір системи управління благоустроєм громади.The essence of landscaping is investigated in the work. The content of management activities in the field of landscaping in settlements is considered. The author proposes a vision of landscaping as a mechanism for creating conditions for a comfortable life. The manifestation of the latter is a sense of human happiness. The international experience in assessing the level of happiness of countries is studied and the role of the urban settlements quality index is determined. The state of implementation of the improvement policy in the regions of the country and the impact of the war on it are considered. The system of community improvement management is analysed.
