DYNAMIC AND MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF THE HYDROIMPULSIVE VIBRO-CUTTING DEVICE WITH A PRESSURE PULSE GENERATOR BULT INTO THE RING SPRING
(2022-05-03) Obertyukh, Roman; Slabkyi, Andrіі; Povstianoi, Oleksandr
Structural calculation scheme of the hydropulse device for vibration cutting with built-in ring with pressure pulse generator (PPG) is considered. On the basis of the structural scheme and cyclogram of the working cycle of the device, its dynamic and mathematical models were developed, in which the hydraulic link is represented by a visco-elastic model of the working fluid (energy carrier) composed of the inertial elastic and dissipative elements (Kelvin-Foyga's body).

Automation of Warehouse Parameters Calculation and Its Sketch Design
(Cham: Springer, 2026-01-17) Povstianoi, Oleksandr; Valetskyi, Bohdan ; Zaleta, Olga; Redko, Rostyslav
Warehouses in enterprises are a key element in ensuring the stability of production activities, particularly in terms of efficient supply chain and production process management. Proper selection and accurate calculation of warehouse parameters help reduce storage costs, which is an important and relevant task. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze warehouse system parameters and develop a computer program for their automated calculation. The practical significance of this task is justified by the widespread practice of warehouse use in various industries and the necessity for their rational operation. Warehouse Calculator is the new software, which create a sketch of a warehouse with pallet racks according to the specified input and output parameters. Its main task is to generate a database of calculation results and to build a sketch for the warehouse design documentation. The program algorithm calculates the warehouse area, its geometric dimensions (length, width, and height), considering user-input values and sizes, which are described in this paper. It also includes the calculation of columns. When starting a new calculation, standardized data is displayed by default in all fields. These values can be adjusted based on the individual problem and modified at any stage of its solving.

Using Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation Technologies in the Manufacture with Better Biodesign
(Cham: Springer, 2026-01-17) Povstianoi, Oleksandr; Imbirovych, Natalya; Tkachuk, Valentina
A promising method for changing the surface state of metals and influencing product design is plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) as one of the innovative surface treatment methods. The PEO method allows for a wide range of surface modifications, either by strengthening it or by changing its structural and morphological state. In the field of biomedical materials science, the creation of new implant materials with biocompatible, bioactive properties and high osseointegration is particularly relevant. Titanium and zirconium alloys are characterized by an excellent combination of a complex of mechanical and chemical properties with inertness to a living organism, which is ensured by their ability to form a passive film on their sur-face. Such alloys are used in the field of implantology and for the manufacture of surgical instruments and implants. In order to increase osseointegration, the modification of the surface of such alloys with bioactive substances is posi-tive, as well as the influence in the direction of modifying its design, which includes increasing the roughness and porosity of the surface. In this work, the PEO method was used for surface treatment of titanium and zirconium alloys. Experimental studies have established the correlation of the influence of treatment modes, such as the composition of the electrolyte and the ratio of current densities on the roughness and porosity of plasma electrolytically oxi-dized coatings at their optimal thickness. The developed alkaline electrolytes were additionally saturated with such biocomponents as diatomite and hy-droxyapatite.
