Item type:Наукова стаття, Enhancing Digital Leadership and Crisis Management Skills for Advancing Sustainable Development Goals(2025-03-01) Mialkovska, Liudmyla; Koretska, Nataliia; Koshchii, Oksana; Stryzheus, Liudmyla; Abramova, Iryna; Kutsai, Nataliіa; Semeniuk, PavloThe study’s relevance lies in the need to develop leaders’ digital competences to achieve sustainable development goals. The article aims to study the role of digital leadership and crisis management training as tools for achieving sustainable development goals in digital transformation. The study uses literature analysis, generalisation, systematisation, statistical data analysis and forecasting to determine the role of digital leadership and crisis management training in digital transformation and sustainable development. The results of the analysis of changes in the level of digital skills show a stable trend towards a decrease in the share of people with a high level of information (by 9.24%) and communication (by 10.06%) skills, as well as digital content creation skills (by 14.38%) in 2023. However, forecasting indicators for the following periods revealed the possibility of a further increase in the level of digital skills in 2025, in particular information (by 2.13%), communication (by 1.19%), and digital content creation skills (by 4.68%). Digital leadership is an important component for ensuring progress in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, as it contributes to developing key skills necessary for the resilience of organisations and society as a whole in the face of global challenges.Item type:Наукова стаття, STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF YOUTH CENTERS AS A COMPONENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL YOUTH INFRASTRUCTURE(2025-11-18) Abramova, Iryna; Babenko, AnastasiiaThe development of youth infrastructure is a priority area of state social and humanitarian policy, as it ensures social cohesion, democratic activity and vitality of young people. Youth centres are key institutional elements of this infrastructure, performing functions such as developing competencies, integrating young people into public life, and supporting local initiatives. However, traditional management models are often focused on short-term solutions, which limit their effectiveness and ability to respond to modern challenges. The purpose of the article is to study the processes of strategic management of youth centres as a component of regional youth infrastructure, to analyse international and national practices, and to identify key principles and management tools that ensure the systematicity, efficiency, and sustainability of the centres` activities. The study revealed that strategic management of youth centres encompasses long-term planning, resource optimisation, staff competency development, and efficiency control mechanisms. International initiatives of the Council of Europe, notably the Kyiv Programme and the European Platform of Youth Centres, establish standards of quality and cooperation that can be adapted at the national and regional levels. National examples of the United Kingdom and Ireland demonstrate the practical implementation of these principles through the integration of centres into 11(16) 2025 1023 regional strategies and partnership networks. The use of methodological tools, such as the Youth Work Toolkit, contributes to the standardisation of processes and enhances the transparency of management practices.Further research should focus on systematising strategic management models, adapting international practices to local conditions, developing methodological recommendations for enhancing the institutional capacity of centres, and assessing their impact on the socio-economic development of regions. Particular attention should be paid to mechanisms for involving young people in management processes and the integration of youth centres into European quality standards.Item type:Наукова стаття, SATISFACTION WITH THE WORK OF THE ORGANIZATION'S STAFF: FORMS AND IMPACT ON THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ENTERPRISE(2024-10-18) Abramova, IrynaThis article delves into the multifaceted issue of job satisfaction, which is one of the most crucial factors influencing a company’s operational efficiency and competitiveness. Job satisfaction is a complex and multi-dimensional concept that encompasses both objective and subjective elements, including working conditions, compensation packages, opportunities for professional growth, relationships with colleagues and supervisors, and the alignment between an employee's expectations and the realities of the job. The article systematically examines various scientific approaches to defining job satisfaction, from classical motivational theories, such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, to contemporary perspectives that emphasize emotional engagement and employee well-being.The focus is on exploring how job satisfaction directly affects employee productivity, motivation to achieve high performance, and organizational loyalty. The article also discusses the negative consequences of job dissatisfaction, which may manifest in low motivation, absenteeism, lack of initiative, decreased work quality, and, ultimately, reduced company profitability. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of regularly assessing employee satisfaction and adopting strategies to improve the work environment as essential tools for enhancing overall organizational efficiency. Practical recommendations for increasing employee satisfaction include improving working conditions, fostering a strong corporate culture, and implementing flexible motivational systems. Thus, job satisfaction is positioned as a key factor in ensuring the sustainable development and long-term financial success of an organizationItem type:Наукова стаття, Emotional intelligence in the organizational behavior of manages(Луцьк: ЛНТУ, 2023-05-23) Abramova, IrynaEmotional intelligence describes the ability to understand one's own feelings and the feelings of others, and how emotions can influence motivation and behavior in an organization. Emotional intelligence is important in leadership, in the leader's organizational behavior, it improves self-awareness, increases responsibility, promotes communication and the formation of trust in the team, helping leaders to perceive their emotions more positively, which allows them to solve problems more effectively and make decisions for managing the organization. Evaluation of the level of the managers emotional intelligence in the organization was carried out according to the methodology of D. Goleman's five competencies by management levels during January-February 2023. A practical self-report assessment of emotional intelligence was used for this study. The sample consisted of 30 people: 22 of them were male (73%) and 8 were female (27%). It has been established that top managers have high values of emotional intelligence – 17.086, middle managers – 16.86, first-line managers – 16.56. The hypothesis was formed and proved: with the growth of emotional intelligence of managers of higher management levels, the emotional intelligence of managers of lower management levels will also grow and vice versa. The relationship between the number of managers at each level of management and their levels of emotional intelligence is very high: as the emotional intelligence of managers at the highest level of management decreases, so will the emotional intelligence of managers at lower levels of management. The statistical significance of the hypothesis was checked by the coefficient of determination and Fisher's and Student's criteriaItem type:Наукова стаття, Brand Communication Strategies and PR Technologies for Crisis Management in the Media Sector(2025-10-22) Mialkovska, Liudmyla; Abramova, Iryna; Smolych, Dariia; Hubina, Alla; Zelenko, Oksana; Sadova, LarysaAlthoughtherearelargeadvantagesofcoachinginterventions, somelimitationstoourstudyaretheimbalanceofthecoachingexperienceofparticipants, varyinglengthoftheprograms, andtheheterogeneityofprofessionalgroups.
