The state of health of all athleteswas within the limits of the physiological norm.Results.Using MC as a natural biological model, mesocycles were built, taking into account the MC phases of female athletes. In the postmenstrual and postovulatory phases of the MC, when the special efficiency is high, high-impact microcycles have been planned, and restorative microcycles – in the premenstrual, menstrual and ovulatory phases, when the special capacity was reduced. In the postmenstrual (6 - 12 daysof MC) and post-ovulatory (16 - 26 daysof MC) phasesof MC, when special performance is high, shock microcycles were planned, and in premenstrual (27 - 28 daysof MC), menstrual (1 - 5 daysof MC) and ovulatory (13 - 15 days MC) phase, when special performance was reduced – restorative microcycles. In the first recovery microcycle (premenstrual and menstrual phases of MC), the volume of running load was 33 km; in the second shock microcycle (postmenstrual phase MC) the total volume was - 46.2 km; in the ovulatory phase, we plan a short III recovery microcycle with a total volume of 15.6 km; in the IV shock microcycle (post-ovulatory phase of the MC) athletes performed the largest load - 58.8 km; in the V shock microcycle (post-ovulatory phase of the MC) the amount of running load was 38.8 km.Conclusion. The redistribution of training loads according to the volume and intensity, taking into account the functional capabilities of the female athlete's body in different phases of the MC, makes it possible to carry out the planned load in the mesocycle. Application of the proposed basic mesocycles in the training process of female athletes, specializing in medium distances running, taking into account changes in the functional state of their body during the MC, has made it possible to significantly improve their outcome in the competitions.Item type:Наукова стаття, FITNESS SERVICES AS AN ELEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF HEALTH-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT: THE OVERVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT TRENDS IN UKRAINE(2024) Khomych, AnatoliiThe aim of this work is to study the place and role of fitness services in the system of health-oriented management and to make the overview analysis of the development trends of these services including the impact of war situation in Ukraine. Materials and methods. The theoretical basis of this research is the fundamental provisions of sport management & marketing science, health-preserving statements and general economic theory. The information basis for this research was official sources of leading Ukrainian information resources. The methodological basis of the study consists of a set of such methods and techniques: induction and deduction; monographic; institutional analysis, analysis of Internet resources, comparative analysis, generalization and abstraction; integrated and systematic approaches. Results. Fitness services occupy a special place in the organization’s health-oriented management system. They create opportunities for the health preserving of employees outside the organization, while at the same time referring to one of the measures of health-oriented management inside the organization, which in the future form its health-oriented environment. In the modern conditions the market of fitness services of Ukraine, the following is inherent: a high level of competition; expanding demand for the fitness services and the desire for more flexible forms of trainings; expanding the range of services offered by fitness clubs. The realities of war change the requirements for the fitness trainers: soon we will need trainers who can improve physical and mental conditions of their clients (rehabilitate military personnel, restore the mobility of civilians’ bodies, conduct conscious trainings for the health; pay more attention to the emotional state of clients, adjust the load to the level of fatigue, monitor own mood, help distract yourself from negative thoughts thanks to new exercises). At the same time, the realities of war will stimulate fitness centers to change their approach and develop special preferential packages for the people affected by the war. Conclusions. The conducted study demonstrated the importance of such an element as “fitness services” in the system of health-oriented management. Fitness services occupy a significant share in the structure of the country’s sports and health services market. In modern conditions, the fitness industry of Ukraine is experiencing a new, ambiguous development cycle: on the one hand, the war and its socio-economic consequences cause a negative impact, and on the other hand, these consequences contribute to the development of new forms and methods of conducting classes.Item type:Наукова стаття, TEST CONTROL OF INCLUSIVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION: ASSESSMENT USING THE NEWEST ELECTRONICS(2023-12) Blavt, Oksana; Iedynak, Gennadii; Galamanzhuk, Lesia; Zhygulova, Evelinа; Mykhalskа, Yulia; Khomych, Anatolii; Sovtisik, DmytroThe purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of a device developed based on the latest electronics to control the coordination of movements of the lower limbs of tudents with disabilities. Materials and methods. 34 students with disabilities were involved in the study. At the time of the experiment, they had functional disorders of the lower limbs as a result of injuries and received a doctor’s permission to participate in the experiment. The research was conducted at the theoretical and empirical levels, using the following methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, technical modeling, pedagogical testing, and mathematical statistics. Results. In the research process, a device was used, which was developed as part of the conducted research. The device consists of two rubber mats in which capacitive proximity sensors are placed. The test task involves recording the number of touches of rubber mats in 20 seconds. The information received from the sensors during the student’s performance of the test task, namely the alternate touching of the rubber mat with the big toe, is sent to the microcontroller via an infrared communication line. The development uses a high-performance microcontroller ATMega 328P, which can support a wide range of sensors and generate information about the time and frequency of leg movements. The signals of the student’s toes touching the rubber mats, received by capacitive sensors, are processed by a microcontroller and displayed on a PC through a serial connection and using the Arduino software, which allows reading the received information about the execution of movements. Under the conditions of the pedagogical experiment, we tried to determine the quality of the measurement results. According to the obtained numerical indicators, the numerical values of the test authenticity obtained by the traditional method of fixing the results by a specialist correspond to the value “low”. The results of the validity calculations showed that the correlation between the test measurement results and the evaluation results using the developed device was optimal with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.6. Conclusions. The importance of a high level of development of the coordination of movements of the lower limbs of students with disabilities is determined by the need to develop this quality to ensure the effectiveness of their rehabilitation in the process of inclusive PE. The analysis of the obtained material allows us to state that the practical application of the inclusive PE device developed based on the latest electronics will allow scientifically based optimization of this process to ensure its effectiveness.Item type:Наукова стаття, Determining the Quality of Measuring the Level of Lower Extremity Joint Movement in Inclusive Physical Education Using Electronic IT Resources(2024-04) Mykytyuk, Zinoviy; Blavt, Oksana; Iedynak, Gennadii; Galamanzhuk, Lesia; Klius, Olena; Panasiuk Oleksandr; Kovalchuk, Volodymyr; Khomych, AnatoliiObjectives. The study aimed to investigate the quality characteristics of the tool developed based on electronic IT resources for measuring the level of movements in the joints of the lower limbs of students with disabilities caused by injuries. Material and methods. The experimental study involved 32 first-year students who had sustained lower limb injuries as a result of the war and were in remission. The methods used included analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, technical modeling, pedagogical experiments, and mathematical statistics. Results. A means of measuring movements in the joints of the lower limbs has been developed using electronic IT resources. The basis of the tool is a measuring line consisting of a printed circuit board on which is placed a design of capacitive sensors, a switching line, and a signal converter that measures the signal received by the sensors. The measurement results are transmitted to the controller and then to the PC via an interface implemented based on Bluetooth wireless technology. To implement the measuring tool, a controller is used, which has a board built on the synthesis of the Arduino electronic hardware platform and the Raspberry Pi minicomputer. The test results are displayed on the PC monitor screen. The determination of the qualitative characteristics of the test, in the case of recording the results of a tool developed on the basis of electronic IT resources for measuring the level of movements in the joints of the lower limbs of students with disabilities, established that the level of reliability of the test is above 0.90 (“excellent”) validity – from 0.6 (“high”). Empirical data collected directly from the experiment have a low level of reliability: qualitative indicators of reliability in the range are below 0.70 (“may have limited applicability”), validity – < 0.3 (“low validity”). Conclusions. Developed based on electronic IT resources, the tool for measuring the level of movements in the joints of the lower limbs of students with disabilities due to limb injuries has significant advantages, such as the availability of functions, ease of use and efficiency. Ensuring high efficiency and objectivity of control contributes to performing control operations in real-time. By using assessment tools with a high level of reliability and validity, we ensure the detection of reliable changes in the state of the joints of the lower limbs of students with disabilities, thus eliminating the influence of errors in making managerial decisions in the planning process of their PE.
