The article aims to study the role of digital leadership and crisis management training as tools for achieving sustainable development goals in digital transformation. The study uses literature analysis, generalisation, systematisation, statistical data analysis and forecasting to determine the role of digital leadership and crisis management training in digital transformation and sustainable development. The results of the analysis of changes in the level of digital skills show a stable trend towards a decrease in the share of people with a high level of information (by 9.24%) and communication (by 10.06%) skills, as well as digital content creation skills (by 14.38%) in 2023. However, forecasting indicators for the following periods revealed the possibility of a further increase in the level of digital skills in 2025, in particular information (by 2.13%), communication (by 1.19%), and digital content creation skills (by 4.68%). Such a tool helps in the modernization of infrastructure and, if necessary, improve the quality of services. In addition, in the context of global economic competition, the use of PPP contributes to sustainable development. The purpose of the article is to study the evolution of public- private partnership as a means of ensuring economic growth. The article is also aimed at identifying the main obstacles and obstacles that prevent the successful implementation of PPP and formulating proposals for increasing the effectiveness of the partnership between the state and business. A set of theoretical methods was used, including synthesis, systematization and generalization. A comparative analysis of PPP practices in different countries was conducted. A systematic approach is used to assess the impact of PPPs on the economy. The current state of PPP development is determined and the main problems are identified – lack of transparent procedures and lack of state support. Successful cases demonstrating the positive impact of PPPs on investment and infrastructure development are analyzed. Recommendations for improving legislation and stimulating partnerships are developed. For the effective development of PPPs, it is necessary to introduce transparent project selection procedures that will increase trust and minimize corruption risks. It is important to expand financial incentives for the private sector, in particular through tax breaks and government guarantees. Strengthening the monitoring of project implementation will ensure their timely implementation and contribute to sustainable economic growth.Item type:Наукова стаття, STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF YOUTH CENTERS AS A COMPONENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL YOUTH INFRASTRUCTURE(2025-11-18) Abramova, Iryna; Babenko, AnastasiiaThe development of youth infrastructure is a priority area of state social and humanitarian policy, as it ensures social cohesion, democratic activity and vitality of young people. Youth centres are key institutional elements of this infrastructure, performing functions such as developing competencies, integrating young people into public life, and supporting local initiatives. However, traditional management models are often focused on short-term solutions, which limit their effectiveness and ability to respond to modern challenges.The purpose of the article is to study the processes of strategic management of youth centres as a component of regional youth infrastructure, to analyse international and national practices, and to identify key principles and management tools that ensure the systematicity, efficiency, and sustainability of the centres` activities.The study revealed that strategic management of youth centres encompasses long-term planning, resource optimisation, staff competency development, and efficiency control mechanisms. International initiatives of the Council of Europe, notably the Kyiv Programme and the European Platform of Youth Centres, establish standards of quality and cooperation that can be adapted at the national and regional levels. National examples of the United Kingdom and Ireland demonstrate the practical implementation of these principles through the integration of centres into 11(16) 2025 1023 regional strategies and partnership networks. The use of methodological tools, such as the Youth Work Toolkit, contributes to the standardisation of processes and enhances the transparency of management practices.Further research should focus on systematising strategic management models, adapting international practices to local conditions, developing methodological recommendations for enhancing the institutional capacity of centres, and assessing their impact on the socio-economic development of regions. Particular attention should be paid to mechanisms for involving young people in management processes and the integration of youth centres into European quality standards.Item type:Наукова стаття, Методи дослідження розвитку людського капіталу молоді в контексті європейської інтеграції(2025-01) Ковальчук, Надія Віталіївна; Войчук, Максим Володимирович; Абрамова, Ірина ОлександрівнаУ статті систематизовано методологічні підходи до дослідження людського капіталу (ЛК) молоді в контексті європейської інтеграції, підкреслюючи його стратегічне значення для національної конкурентоспроможності. Проаналізовано застосування змішаних методів (mixed methods approach) та доказово орієнтованого підходу (evidence-based policy) для комплексної валідації процесів формування ЛК. Виявлено ключові методологічні прогалини вітчизняної практики, зокрема фрагментарність даних, що ускладнює інтеграцію в європейські аналітичні системи. Обґрунтовано, що удосконалення механізмів управління та моніторингу є необхідною умовою для формування ЛК молоді, сумісного зі стандартами ЄС.
