Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається зі вступу, чотирьох розділів, висновку, списку використаних джерел. У першому розділі розглянуто загальні відомості про показники якості повітря та основні забруднювачі, проаналізовано існуючі аналоги систем екологічного моніторингу та обґрунтовано вибір розподіленої сенсорної IoT-архітектури. У другому розділі описані структурні та електричні принципові схеми модуля моніторингу, обґрунтовано вибір елементної бази на основі мікроконтролера ESP32 та цифрових датчиків ENS160 і AHT21, а також розглянуто розробку мікропрограмного забезпечення й налаштування протоколу MQTT. В третьому розділі описані методика проведення випробувань та калібрування сенсорів, діагностика апаратної частини на відмовостійкість, математичні розрахунки енергоспоживання і мережевого трафіку, а також результати дослідження екологічних показників у реальних умовах. У четвертому розділі розглянуто вимоги з охорони праці та безпеки в надзвичайних ситуаціях при розробці електронної апаратури. У висновку узагальнено та підсумовано інформацію з усіх попередніх розділів. Результат роботи можна застосовувати для створення надійних, автономних систем екологічного моніторингу та їх інтеграції в інфраструктуру розумного будинку. Луцьк, 2026. Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається зі вступу, чотирьох розділів, висновків та списку використаних джерел. У першому розділі проведено аналіз інформаційних джерел, що стосуються систем контролю тиску в шинах, розглянуто особливості функціонування. Наведено порівняльний аналіз сучасних рішень TPMS. У другому розділі проаналізовано структурну, функціональну та принципову електричну схеми електронної системи контролю тиску в шинах. Описано принцип роботи основних вузлів, зокрема датчика тиску, мікроконтролера, радіоканалу передачі даних та приймального модуля. Розглянуто алгоритм роботи системи, часові діаграми та режими функціонування.. У третьому розділі розглянуто програмування та налаштування TPMS–датчиків. Описано структуру переданих даних, ідентифікацію датчиків, способи програмування універсальних сенсорів, процедури реєстрації та навчання датчиків у блоці керування автомобіля. Розглянуто перевірку працездатності системи після налаштування. У четвертому розділі розглянуто питання охорони праці під час розроблення, монтажу, налагодження та експлуатації електронної системи контролю тиску в шинах. Визначено небезпечні та шкідливі фактори, що можуть виникати під час роботи з електронними компонентами, паяльним обладнанням та діагностичними пристроями. Запропоновано заходи безпеки під час виникнення небезпечних та шкідливих факторів. У висновках узагальнено результати проведених досліджень. Ключові слова: контроль тиску в шинах, TPMS, датчик тиску, мікроконтролер, радіоканал, бездротова передача даних.

    Directed Formation of Quality, as a Way of Improving the Durability of Conjugated Parts of Friction Pairs

    In the article the research of possibilities of directed formation of indicators of quality is given, by selecting technological operations and appointment of corresponding processing regimes. Studied approach directed formation of quality, based on the elements of theories of technological inheritance and interference of quality, which can reduce the role of random factors and their complex combinations in the process of providing regulated quality indicators, which in turn reduces the field of dispersion values performance and improves the quality of processed details. It is noted that for implementation of directed formation it is necessary to determine technological parameters, with the help of changing the values of which, it is possible to control the values of their indicators, which evolve in the process of mechanical processing. This will completely eliminate or reduce the impact of those indicators that worsen the performance properties of parts. It was revealed that the nature of manifestations of technological heredity is influenced by the conditions of implementation and the type of technological operations. It is advisable to apply this approach in the initial machining operations in order to initialize the manifestations of those indicators that improve the performance of the parts in general.

    Structure and Properties of Surface Bandage Shelves for the Gas Turbine Engine’s Blades

    Analysisofthepropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthepartsofagas turbine engine are made showed that they must have a high melting point, high strength, high creep resistance, and be machined. Therefore, the best option for strengthening the blades of titanium alloy VT3–1istheformationinthewearzone ofathermodynamicallycompatible,heat-resistant,andwear-resistantlayer,which is different fromthemainmaterialoftheblade.Samplesforresearchwerecutfrom the bandageshelvesofthecompressorbladeintheshankarea:thefirst-withhighquality soldering relite, the second– the shelf is worn, and there is a defect in the formofadrop.Itwasfoundthatthemaintitaniumalloyhasahomogeneousstructure, and the surface of the defective coating has a lower roughness, microcracks. Its local areas differ in elemental composition. Clusters of pores explain the clear andwidegrainboundariesoftitaniumalloyunderdefectivesolderingattheboundaries. Such clusters of defects are etched more strongly than the base metal, so the base alloy has aneedle-like martensite hardened structure formed byrapid cooling in the air after soldering. It is proved that such defects are formed due to the violation of soldering technology. It is proposed to create a protective layer of composite material VTN-1 with tungsten particles, which contains solid parts of tungsten carbide and titanium-based solder VPr16, to strengthen the working blades in the wearing zone.

    Influence of Technological Methods of Processing on Wear Resistance of Conjugated Cylindrical Surfaces

    Wear of any tribological pair leads to malfunction or failure of the entire mechanism. It is known that the process of wear of friction pairs occurs in three periods: running-in, normal wear, accelerated wear (destruction). Working surfaces of parts that are formed in the manufacturing process receive micro geometric characteristics (roughness, undulation), according to the regulated technological norms. These characteristics describe the properties of the technological surface topography. However, quantitative micro geometric parameters change as they evolve during running-in, and the surface receives a new operational relief that is stable for a long time during normal wear. It is an operational relief of conjugate surfaces that characterizes the qualitative properties of parts for a long period of operation. The running-in process, which is based on complex mechanical, physical, and chemical processes, determines the overall wear resistance of parts. After this period, the physical, mechanical, and geometric characteristics of the surface acquire optimal values corresponding to the operating conditions. Rational performance characteristics during normal wear can self-sustain, and they are continuously reproduced independently in the same values. This state of the surface layer is observed before the beginning of the third stage of the life cycle. Traditionally, to ensure regulated micro geometric characteristics of the working surfaces used grinding, smoothing, and lapping diamond pastes. At the present stage of development of equipment and technology in a row with the mentioned finishing operations, there is an operation of high-speed turning, which allows reaching high purity of surfaces with the lowest cost of the technological process.

    Methods of Evaluating the Wear Resistance of the Contact Surfaces of Rolling Bearings

    In modern conditions of development of mechanical engineering, high priority is given to experimental and material science aspects of assessing the wear resistance of conjugate friction surfaces, which consist of the selection of materials with high wear resistance characteristics. However, this way, you can only reduce the intensity of the wear process, but not control the wear process itself and, most importantly, the changes in the state and performance of the mating surfaces that occur as a result of the wear process. The durability of machines is laid down at the design stage and depends on the design scheme, materials used, lubricants, and other factors. An increase in the durability of mated machine parts is impossible without creating modern engineering methods for calculating wear resistance, which would consider the physical and mechanical characteristics of materials (friction pairs, modes of operation of the load node, and angular velocity), external friction conditions (environment, and lubrication), as well as the design and technological features of the friction interface. During the wear of two contiguous bodies, the unevenness of one surface is exposed to the unevenness of the other surface. In this case, the irregularities of the more durable material act similarly to the abrasive elements, cutting off the thin chip from the micro-irregularities of the surface of the less durable material. At the same time, the irregularities that cut this chip wear themselves out, just as cutting abrasive tools wear out.

    Modeling the Dynamics of Centerless Mortise Grinding on Rigid Supports

    The paper examines the influence of the dynamic parameters of the machine and the geometry of the adjustment of rigid supports on the formation of undulations of the surfaces of roller bearing rings. A complex mathematical model of the machine tool system for centerless mortise grinding was developed, and the influence of the dynamic parameters of the machine tool and the geometry of the setup of rigid supports on the formation of undulations of the processed surfaces was analyzed. The SWaAGL-50 mortise centerless grinding machine’s technological system is presented as a linear mechanical model, and the elastic movements along the ОХ axis are considered. Based on the equations of kinetic and potential energies compiled in the form of Lagrange, the equations of motion of the relevant elements of the technological system were obtained. The formula of the dynamic accuracy function was found, which characterizes the inconsistency of the movement of the grinding wheel and the part.

    Analysis of Technical Characteristics of Temperature Sensors for the Design of Medical Thermometers

    The paper analyzes the technical features that must be taken into account during the construction of medical thermometers. An analysis of thermometers was carried out from the point of view of their suitability for monitoring temperature fluctuations on the surface of a biological object. The dependence of the resolution of the thermometer for different temperature ranges is considered. Expanding the range of measured temperatures leads to a decrease in the transmission coefficient, and vice versa, a decrease in the range leads to an increase in the steepness by the same number of times. A comparative analysis of various types of temperature sensors was carried out, in particular, a temperature-voltage converter (TC1047) from Microchip in a SOT23 case, a thermosensor (SMT16030) from Smartec in a TO18 case, a thermistor (203JG1F) from NTC in a DO35 case, (LM19) from National Semiconductor in a TO92 case, and (TSIC306) by Hygrosens in the SO8 case. The informativeness coefficients of the conversion of thermal sensors, and the dependence of the thermal time constant on the mass of the sensor in different types of housing are considered. It has been established that thermometers with sensors based on semiconductor diodes have a high perspective since sensors of this type provide high speed, short response time, operation in the mode of microcurrents, which maximally reduce self-heating of the sensor, high sensitivity, good linearity in a given temperature range (25...40°C), stability of electrical parameters. Along with high operational characteristics, sensors based on a semiconductor diode have a low cost.

    Development and Interaction of the VTF Concept with IoT Platforms on the Example of the 5G Standard

    The main prospects of development and interaction of mobile telecommunication networks are given, taking into account the potential opportunities for the realization of scenarios for the implementation of virtual technical functions on the platforms of the Internet of Things with the appropriate quality of service. The advantages and disadvantages of individual scenarios for the implementation of the concept of virtual technical functions are considered. An attempt is made to describe the principles of interaction of the 5G mobile network standard with Internet of Things platforms. Some aspects of the development of mobile communication systems are recognized, taking the promising technologies and recommendations of the ITU into consideration. The basic principles of construction of mobile communication networks are given, including the potential implementation possibilities of any realization scenario of virtual technical functions with set requirements for a given quality of service. The advantages and disadvantages of individual scenarios for the implementation of the concept of virtual technical functions are contemplated.

    Increasing the Speed and Performance of the Drupal CMS Server for Industrial IoT Technologies

    In this paper, the methods of increasing the speed and performance of the Drupal CMS-based server in IIoT technologies were analyzed. Three main load parameters were taken into account: processor time (CPU), level of server RAM usage, and disk memory usage level; on three pages of the WEB site (main, list of blogs, and a page with one blog) and two research methods were applied: generalized and detailed. Based on the results of the analysis of four options for optimizing Drupal CMS for IIoT technologies: basic, using additional installed modules, servers, and configurations, and Drupal Hooks, effective, simple, cost-effective methods were synthesized that guarantee an increase in server speed and productivity. It was found that the optimization of configurations and Drupal Hooks is the most effective since after its implementation, the response of a page with one blog increased by 9.32 requests per second; built-in optimization is extremely simple to implement and inefficient, while server-side optimization is inefficient, most complex and expensive to implement.
