Item type:Наукова стаття, Modeling the productivity management process in agriculture: a case study of Ukraine(2026) Dziamulych, Mykola; Grytsyna, Oksana; Korobchuk, Tetiana; Hariaha, Lesia; Chyzh, Nataliia; Sholudko, Olsana; Kosinskyi, Petro; ;The purpose of the study is to form an economic and statistical toolkit for quantitative analysis of the impact of determining factors on the level of labor productivity in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. as well as to substantiate directions for improving the effectiveness of managerial decision-making based on correlation and regression analysis. The study examines factors of labour productivity management in the agrarian sector of Ukraine using a correlation–regression approach and forecasting modelling. It is substantiated that the dynamics of output per employee are shaped by the combined influence of interrelated financial, economic, and production factors, among which the availability of fixed assets, financial performance, and parameters of labour resource utilisation play a decisive role. The empirical basis of the research comprises official statistical data for the period 2010–2024. The study applies methods of correlation and multivariate regression analysis to quantitatively assess the impact of fixed assets, capital investment, net profit, and average monthly wages on the level of labour productivity. It is established that the most significant positive effect on output is exerted by the volume of fixed assets and net profit, which confirms their determining role in enhancing the efficiency of labour utilisation in the agricultural sector. Based on the estimated model, a forecast of labour productivity up to 2030 is developed, indicating the preservation of an upward growth trajectory of output under an inertial development scenario.Item type:Наукова стаття, Structural and risk-oriented determinants of the liquidity coverage ratio in the mechanism for ensuring the stability of the banking system of Ukraine(2026-06-10) Dziamulych, Mykola; Krupka, Mykhailo; Markiv, Halyna; Chyzh, Nataliia; Martyniuk, Rostyslav; Kotur, AndriyThe purpose of this study is to develop a dynamic econometric model for assessing the impact of structural, risk-oriented, and monetary factors on the formation of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio of the banking system of Ukraine under conditions of transformational shocks and structural restructuring of the financial sector. The main findings indicate that the level of the LCR is shaped by the configuration of the resource base, the structure of assets, the quality of the loan portfolio, the degree of capitalization, and the parameters of monetary policy. The principal conclusions suggest that the stability of the banking system is determined not by the mere maximization of liquidity per se, but by the structural optimization of balance sheet parameters within a controlled risk environment.Item type:Наукова стаття, Digitalization processes in the management of the functioning of agricultural enterprises: a case study of Ukraine(2025-10-25) Dziamulych, Mykola; Shulha, Olha; Binert, Olesya; Osadchyi, Viacheslav; Sysoiev, Oleksii; Kovaliv, Volodymyr; Koshchii, Oksana; Shubala, Iryna; Shmatkovska, TetianaThe article explores the peculiarities of digitalization in the management of agribusiness enterprises as a key factor in enhancing their efficiency under modern economic conditions. The purpose of the study is to determine the current realities and opportunities for the development of agrarian business in Ukraine in crisis conditions for the development of effective strategies and promising growth of the agrarian sector. Research methods: monographic, abstract-logical methods, method of analogies and comparisons, systematic approach, statistical and graphic methods. In the course of the study, it was determined that in 2022, a significant number of agricultural enterprises suffered losses as a result of the system challenges. The loss of 15-20% of cattle, pigs, and poultry, and the loss of production facilities and animal husbandry complexes led to a reduction in production in both the crop and animal husbandry sectors. The article highlights the exogenous and endogenous risks of the functioning of the agricultural sector. Internal risks include loss of production and resource potential of the agricultural sector; the liquidation of a significant number of agrarian business enterprises; change of specialization due to significant economic losses; loss of part of the infrastructure facilities for storage and primary processing of agricultural products; difficulty in selling products to foreign markets. Exogenous risks are described, in particular, the reduction of investments in agricultural production, problems with the purchase and import of fertilizers and plant protection products into the country, and delays in the purchase of modern agricultural machinery. It was noted that the presence of the listed external risks will have a negative impact on the country`s economy and food security. The actions of the government for the sustainability of agrarian business are described, namely, the restoration of the export of agricultural products by sea, the development of alternative logistics networks for export, solving the problems of the seed company, and providing the possibility of special credit programs and tax holidays. The main problematic issues that the government needs to solve to ensure the stability of the agrarian business and the possibility of its further effective functioning are presented.Item type:Наукова стаття, Analysis of modern trends in labour market transformation in Ukraine(2024-08-08) Mazniev, Ievgen; Bielousov, Yaroslav; Luchechko, Yurii; Rozbytskyi, Mykhailo; Kolosok, Andrii; Shepelenko, Svitlana; Dziamulych, MykolaThe article examines the main aspects of transforming the labor market in Ukraine in the context of the destructive impact of the war and the associated economic instability. The modern globalized world is characterized by the commercialization of educational and scientific activities, the formation of educational ecosystems, as well as the capitalization of knowledge as a resource. The paper describes the theoretical basis of knowledge capitalization and defines the stages of the formation of academic capitalism. It is defined that the capitalization of knowledge is an increase, the maximization of the value of own and engaged intellectual assets, as a result of the increase in the influence of higher education institutions and scientific institutions on the scientific-technical and socio-economic development of society, and commercialization is the process of turning knowledge into a commodity. A system of statistical indicators of capitalization of knowledge within the economy has been established (expenditures on education; the number of patents; share of costs for scientific research and development; costs for innovative activities; share of innovative enterprises in the total number of enterprises; share of income from the sale of innovative products to the total volume of products sold ). The methodology for calculating the model of the change in GDP per capita has been developed, taking into account the indicators of knowledge capitalization, and the algorithm of necessary actions regarding its application has been described. The hypothesis about the impact of capitalization of knowledge on the economic development of the state, namely the change in macroeconomic indicators, such as GDP (gross domestic product) per capita, has been confirmed. The author’s formula for determining the coefficient of the economic effect from the capitalization of knowledge is proposed, which reflects the ratio of investments in knowledge-creating (innovative activity) to the income received from the implementation of an innovative product. Investments in knowledge-creating activities are the number of expenses for scientific research and development, so the innovative product is a patent, as a formalized unit of knowledge. The calculation of the coefficient of the economic effect of knowledge capitalization for Ukraine and the Republic of Poland was carried out, which clearly showed the expediency of implementing the knowledge capitalization experience of Poland and the need for a balanced internal policy to stimulate educational, scientific and innovative activities with the attraction of appropriate investments in Ukraine.Item type:Наукова стаття, Operational efficiency of Ukraine`s banking system during the war(2023-02-01) Dziamulych, Mykola; Krupka, Ihor; Petyk, Marta; Zaplatynskyi, Markiian; Korobchuk, Tetiana; Synenko, Vasyl; Avramchuk, LidiiaThe article evaluates the operational efficiency of Ukraine`s banking sector in the conditions of the growing influence of risks and threats during the war. It proved that the resource potential of agricultural enterprises is a necessary element of the management system. The need for strategic management of resource potential is determined by the fact that in modern conditions, inefficient use of resources reduces the competitiveness of enterprises and makes their activities irrational. According to the results of the study, we substantiated that the development of a methodology for the formation of a resource strategy offers an opportunity for the enterprise to ensure the effectiveness of the process of providing its own resources. The given factors and conditions of strategic management of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises contribute to the further development of applied aspects of the use of the theory of resource potential by enterprises in the field of agriculture.
