The article explores the peculiarities of digitalization in the management of agribusiness enterprises as a key factor in enhancing their efficiency under modern economic conditions. Data from the Statistical Institute and other sources have been processed using abstract-logical method, analysis and synthesis, induction, systematization and generalization, monographic and grouping methods. The distribution of countries around the world by the level of digitalization of the economy was studied. The evolution of business models in the agricultural sector amid economic digitalization is examined. The study analyzes contemporary information technologies widely used in the Ukrainian agrarian business. The dynamics of enterprises engaged in e-commerce operations in Ukraine are assessed. A regional classification of Ukraine is conducted based on the share of agribusiness processing enterprises involved in e-commerce. The research also investigates the dynamics of agricultural product volumes sold through electronic commerce in Ukraine. Conceptual foundations for the implementation of strategic directions for digital transformation in the agribusiness sector of Ukraine are proposed.

Хілуха О.А. Управління корпоративним Starlink проектом. Стаття присвячена аналізу корпоративного управління в контексті проекту Starlink, який є частиною глобальної стратегії SpaceX із створення глобальної супутникової інтернет-мережі. Зокрема, розглядаються потенційні можливості впровадження технології Starlink в Україні для розвитку інфраструктури космічних місій та наукових досліджень. Проект Starlink забезпечує надійний і високошвидкісний інтернет-зв'язок, що може бути використаний для управління супутниками, моніторингу космічних місій, а також для підключення в віддалених і важкодоступних регіонах, що особливо важливо для українських науковців та космічного агентства. Автори пропонують інтеграцію Starlink в національну інфраструктуру космічних місій України, зокрема через створення стійкого зв'язку між центрами управління місіями, а також забезпечення міжнародної координації та співпраці з іншими космічними агентствами та приватними компаніями. Крім того, стаття аналізує важливість використання таких цифрових технологій для підвищення ефективності управління та розвитку національних інтересів у сфері космічних технологій. Khilukha O. Corporate Governance in Starlink Projects. The article focuses on analyzing of corporate governance in the context of the Starlink project, which is part of SpaceX’s global strategy to create a worldwide satellite internet network. Specifically, it examines the potential implementation of Starlink technology in Ukraine to develop the infrastructure for space missions and scientific research. The Starlink project providesreliable, high-speed internet connectivity that can be used for satellite management, space mission monitoring, as well as for connecting in remote and hard-to-reach areas, which is especially important forUkrainian scientists and the space agency. The authors propose the integration of Starlink into Ukraine's national space mission infrastructure, particularly through the establishment of stable communicationbetween mission, as well as ensuring international coordination and cooperation with other space agencies and private companies. Furthermore, the article analyzes the importance of using such digital technologies to enhance governance efficiency and support national interests in the field of space technology.
