Item type:Наукова стаття, Research of Dynamic Processes of Working Medium Movement in a Vibrating Bunker(Springer, Cham, 2025) Symonyuk, Volodymyr; Denisyuk, Viktor; Lapchenko, Yuriy; Ptashenchuk, Vitaliy; Reshetylo, OleksandrThe article presents the results of the study of the regularities of the formation of the circulating vortex motion of the working medium and the behavior of the vibrating hopper body under conditions of symmetric shock-impulse loading. It was established that such loads cause slow circulating motion of the medium, the intensity of which increases with the asymmetric nature of the impacts. This motion has the form of a ring or arc-shaped vortex, covering the entire volume of the working medium. For the analysis of vortex processes, it is advisable to use the integral form of the law of conservation of momentum within the control volume. It is shown that the average circulation speed depends on the impact force, the initial velocity of the vibrating hopper and the mass of the working medium, and the angular velocity of the vortex motion is proportional to the average circulation speed.Item type:Наукова стаття, Intermittent Abrasive Tool for Machining the Butt Ends of Bearing Rings(Springer, Cham, 2025) Ptashenchuk, Vitaliy; Denisyuk, Viktor; Lapchenko, Yuriy; Symonyuk, Volodymyr; Reshetylo, OleksandrA design of an intermittent abrasive tool has been developed for processing flat surfaces, in particular the ends of bearing rings. The presented design of the abrasive wheel allows to reduce the temperature of the surface layer and ensure its high cutting ability, which makes it possible to stabilize the quality parameters of the surface layer and avoid product defects. The use of the technology of supplying cooling fluid through the working surface of the abrasive wheel directly into the processing zone under pressure made it possible to minimize the width of the groove of the intermittent wheel and ensure its high cutting ability by preserving a large number of abrasive grains and cleaning the surface of the wheel from grinding products. The use of the presented design of the intermittent tool made it possible to improve the roughness of the ends of the bearing rings by 0.5 microns and increase the hardness of the surface layer by 1.5-2 HRC units, avoid burns, product defects and increase the efficiency of the process of flat abrasive processing.Item type:Наукова стаття, Information and measurement system for analyzing images of fundus tissue using computer-integrated technologies(Ternopil-Opole, 2025) Povstianoi, Oleksandr ; Vynokurova, Olena; Denysiuk, Viktor; Lapchenko, Yurii; Hrudetskij, RomanThe paper presents the results of research and development of a modern information and measurement system (IMS) designed for automated analysis of fundus images for the purpose of diagnosing and monitoring ophthalmic pathologies. The proposed system combines methods of digital medical image processing, artificial intelligence and computer vision, which allows ensuring high accuracy and objectivity of the diagnostic process. Particular attention is paid to the use of deep learning algorithms for the segmentation of anatomical structures of the retina and analysis of fluorescent images. A comprehensive method of photodynamic diagnostics and therapy has been developed, which is implemented based on a modified slit lamp with a laser illuminator. Effective methods of image registration and processing have been proposed, in particular their synchronization and spectral analysis, which allows for quantitative assessment of the state of tissues. The results of the study can be used in ophthalmological practice to increase the accuracy of early detection of pathologies, as well as in telemedicine and personalized medicine systems.Item type:Наукова стаття, Automated Control System Qualities of Roller Bearings in Butt End Grinding Operations(Springer, Cham., 2025) Ptachenchuk, Vitalij; Denysiuk, Viktor; Lapchenko, Yuri; Symoniuk, Volodymyr; Reshetylo, OleksandrAn automated system for controlling the quality of the surface layer during grinding has been developed, which makes it possible to carry out highly productive and defect-free processing of flat surfaces of structural steels by energy parameter, cutting power in particular. The proposed system makes it possible to avoid scorch marks, reduce the hardness of the material surface due to uneven workpiece allowance and high temperatures in the cutting zone, and stabilize roughness. The operation of the adaptive system is based on temperature moni-toring of the surface layer, which is determined by the operating parameters of the machining process (workpiece feed rate, allowance size, and cutting ability of the abrasive tool). An algorithm for the operation of an automated quality con-trol system for the machining of roller bearing rings in centerless face grinding operations has been developed, which takes into account the unevenness of the machining allowance and allows for automatic dressing of grinding wheels as they become blunt. The use of the automated system made it possible to stabilize the parameters of the surface layer of the ends of bearing rings in terms of roughness at the level of 0.4–0.6 μm and hardness of 60–62 HRC, to avoid scorch marks and product defects, and to improve the efficiency of the process of machining flat surfaces in the machine-building industry.Item type:Наукова стаття, Analysis and Study of Rolling Parameters of Coils on an Inclined Plane(Lublin, 2024-09-30) Humeniuk, Larysa; Fedik, Lesia; Didukh, Volodymyr; Humeniuk, PavloIn the article, the patterns of movement of rolls of long-fiber plant crops on an inclined plane are investigated. Experimental data on determining the rolling time of rolls on an inclined plane with angles of inclination of 25° and 10° to the horizon for rolls of different mass and radius are processed. An analysis and investigation of the patterns of movement of these rolls have been carried out, including angular velocity, velocity of roll centers, rotation angle, and kinetic energy of the rolls.Item type:Наукова стаття, Optimization of Ethanol Production Using State-Space Modeling and Optimal Control Technology(IEEE, 2023-10-13) Маркіна, Людмила Миколаївна; Пальчевський, Богдан Олексійович; Грудецький, Роман Ярославович; Смолянкін, Олег Олексійович; Мельничук, Юлія Євгеніївна; Христинець, Наталія АнатоліївнаIn present paper we develop the automatic optimal control of the production process of dough mixture preparation, that can be used in the production of alcohol and fuel ethanol from grain raw materials. Known methods of automatic control of the dough preparation process are based on measuring a consumption of raw materials and a concentration of dough and regulating the water supply. We offer an improved method based on robust stabilization nonlinear process control that will ensure more stable operation of the system, smooth transitions of regimes and economy of used energy, improvement of a quality of the mixture dough, as well as final ethanol product. The optimal operating modes of experimental installation were investigated using state-space dynamical modelling technic and ethanol production process simulation.
