Human Development Across the Lifespan: Psychological Perspectives on Physical, Social and Cognitive Growth
(Nebraska : IJRDO, 2025-04) Bykova, Svitlana; Koshyrets, Viktor; Zhuk, Oksana; Babii, Mykola; Redko, Serhii
Background: The article analyses the psychological aspects of human development across different life stages, from childhood to old age. The changes that occur during maturation and ageing are examined at biological, psychological, and social levels. It is important to maintain a clear and logical structure when discussing such complex topics. Methods: The literature data was studied and analysed using theoretical research methods. The inductive method was employed to systematize the data obtained, and the deductive method was performed to generalize them. Results: During ontogenesis, individuals develop not only as organisms but also as personalities and conscious social beings. Therefore, it is necessary to consider their psychological development in various spheres, including physical, cognitive, and social aspects. Physical development is determined by changes in organ sizes, body shape, brain structure, sensory capabilities, and motor skills. Cognitive development encompasses all mental abilities and psychological processes, including the specific organization of thinking. Social development is characterized by a combination of personality traits and social skills. It is important to note that this development occurs simultaneously and interdependently in all three spheres. Conclusion: In the psychological development of individuals, various stages are distinguished. The sequence of these stages is predictable and irreversible. Although individual variations in the course of these periods are possible, they are characterized by certain regularities and psychological peculiarities. Knowledge of these regularities and peculiarities can contribute to the harmonious development of individuals and ensure their psychological well-being throughout life.

(Romania : Експертні проекти, 2025) Herasymchuk, Halyna; Zhuk, Oksana; Holiachuk, Nataliia; Petruk, Victoriia; Sytnyk, Oleksandr
The integration of digital technologies and innovative approaches into the field of social programs has become an important tool for modernizing public administration in the face of global challenges, including military crises, pandemics, and natural disasters. This topic is of particular relevance for Ukraine, which, in the context of a full-scale war, is demonstrating an unprecedented digital transformation, in particular in the field of social programs, as well as cybersecurity and defense capabilities of the state. The purpose of the article is to study digital platforms as innovative means of implementing social programs, and the object is the process of digitalization of social services in Ukraine and Estonia, and the author outlines these processes on a global scale. The main European approaches to digitalization through the prism of the Digital Decade – Policy program were also described. Special attention was paid to the digitalization of social policy in the activities of The World Bank. The experience of Estonia, as one of the world leaders in the digitalization of various spheres of life, as well as an influential partner in this area for both international organizations and individual nation states, was studied in more detail. The article traces the country’s digitalization ecology with a focus on the social component. The functional characteristics of the platforms in Ukraine “Diia” and “Kyiv Digital” were also analyzed in the context of social services provision. The key areas of digitalization, such as registration of the status of internally displaced persons, access to financial assistance, medical services, use of electronic documents, etc. were highlighted. The advantages of digital tools include mobility, accessibility, efficiency of service, reduction of administrative burden and reduction of corruption risks. At the same time, a number of problems are once again emphasized, including digital inequality, energy dependence, cyber risks, and insufficient digital competence among certain segments of the population. The practical significance of the study lies in the generalization of the Ukrainian experience of digitalization of social services. This can become the basis for developing policies in the field of social protection, digital inclusion and intercultural communication in the context of crisis transformation.

Mechanisms of Managing Social Development in the Conditions of War in Ukraine.
(United Kingdom, 2023) Morgun, Valerii; Didyk, Nataliia; Zhuk, Oksana; Silvestrova, Oksana; Koretska, Tetiana
The rationale for a management decision aimed at social development should be based on the results of a formalized description of the behavior of the modeled process or phenomenon. It is necessary to identify the optimal behavior of the modeling object, which can be based on the conditions of implementing the optimal strategy of the enterprise's behavior depending on the market conditions and labor activity of employees. Thus, the management decision aimed at the social development of the enterprise should be justified from the perspective of financial support and consider the interests of both the employer and the hired employees. Considering that in economic conditions, industrial enterprises should not only make financial incentive payments to personnel from profits, it is necessary to justify the need and possibility of rewarding employees for quality work. Therefore, developing an optimal strategy of enterprise behavior in the person of the administration, based on calculating the prices of pure strategies and optimizing their frequency of alternation, will allow for determining the enterprise's costs for providing social benefits and services to employees. In this case, management decisions aimed at encouraging employees are justified from the perspective of the financial resources of the enterprise, and staff motivation can improve through the effective work of the enterprise's personnel. Thus, in authors’ opinion, the main task of the social development of the organization is the optimization of the processes of social development and, as a result, the implementation of the social development plan of the enterprise in the form of a social passport, which, on the one hand, should be detailed enough to timely anticipate and solve emerging problems, as well as to coordinate the efforts of various departments and specialists. On the other hand, the organizations' social development plan should be flexible enough to allow managers to respond to unexpected disruptions from the external environment.
