Аналіз наукових джерел та практики галузі виявив, що війна, руйнування інфраструктури, міграція населення та дефіцит кваліфікованого персоналу негативно вплинули на функціонування закладів та конкурентоспроможність ринку. В роботі визначено, що впровадження інноваційних технологій і сучасного устаткування є основою забезпечення безпеки та підвищення якості обслуговування в готельно-ресторанному господарстві. Запропоновано реалізувати систему інноваційного розвитку у шести напрямах: автоматизація обслуговування, цифрові платформи для управління запасами та контролю якості продуктів, впровадження сучасних форматів харчування, адаптація меню до змін споживчих уподобань, розвиток маркетингових і комунікаційних стратегій, а також партнерська взаємодія з постачальниками. Кожен напрям взаємопов’язаний з іншими та сприяє підвищенню ефективності роботи закладів, дотриманню гігієнічних стандартів і забезпеченню безпеки споживачів. Перспективи розвитку закладів ресторанного господарства пов’язані з подальшою автоматизацією процесів, використанням технологій штучного інтелекту, розширеної реальності та сталих екологічних практик. Високий рівень конкуренції, зростання вимог споживачів і посилення контролю з боку держави стимулюють заклади до впровадження ефективних систем управління. Важливою складовою такого управління є дотримання принципів безпечної життєдіяльності, охорони праці та гігієнічних стандартів. Саме ці елементи формують основу надійного та безпечного функціонування підприємства, забезпечують довіру клієнтів і стабільність бізнесу. Інтеграція вимог санітарії, гігієни та безпеки праці в управлінські процеси дозволяє не лише запобігти ризикам для здоров’я споживачів і персоналу, а й підвищити ефективність внутрішніх операцій. У результаті заклад ресторанного господарства стає більш конкурентоспроможним, відповідальним і орієнтованим на якість. Тому впровадження системного підходу до управління безпекою є не лише нормативною вимогою, а й стратегічним напрямом розвитку сучасної ресторанної індустрії.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, The Model of the Formation of Values and the Information System of Their Determination in the Projects of the Creation of Territorial Emergency and Rescue Structures(2023-05-19) Тryhuba, Аnatoliy; Ratushnyi, Andrii; Lub, Pavlo; Rudynets, Mykola; Visyn, OlenaBased on the performed analysis, the need to create territorial rescue structures to eliminate the consequences of emergencies of a military nature was established. A model of value formation from the implementation of projects for the creation of territorial rescue structures to eliminate the consequences of emergencies of a military nature is proposed. The model involves five stages that relate to the assessment of benefits for different groups of stakeholders (community population, community administration, business structures, project team, and the state). The peculiarities of the formation and structure of values, as well as their indicators, which are the basis of the quantitative assessment of value components, are defined. Based on the proposed model, an information system for decision support was developed. With the use of the information system, a quantitative assessment of the indicators of the basic cost of the projects for the creation of territorial rescue structures was carried out, taking into account the state of the project environment. It has been established that there is a weak correlation between the studied indicators of the basic value of projects for the creation of territorial rescue structures, which determines the use of intelligent methods for their forecasting. The distribution of the number of property losses of the population of communities from individual emergencies is substantiated. This article analyzes the results of a survey of Volyn residents within the framework of the All-Ukrainian program of psychological health “How are you?”. The issue of providing counseling services and psychological support to improve the mental health of students at Lutsk National Technical University was also highlighted.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, Evaluating the stiffness of a cast strip for protecting a preparatory mine working(2025) Podkopaiev, Serhii; Visyn, Olena; Fedorchuk-Moroz, ValentynaThe object of this study is the deforma-tion processes in a protective structure of the preparatory working, maintained in the excavated space of the excavation area. The task addressed was ensuring the stability of the preparatory working in a deep coal mine to improve the safety of miners and coal mining. The assessment of the strength of the cast strip for the protection of prepa-ratory workings in excavation areas has been substantiated.It was experimentally established that in the zone of active influence of mining pressure on the section 0 < l < 50 m behind the treatment face, there is an exponential dependence between the length of the work-ing l (m) and the relative change in the vol-ume δV of the protective structure. It charac-terizes the safe deformation resource of the cast strip. Within its limits, the process of gaining strength of the protective structure occurs. At δV < 0.18 and the failure rate of the arched flexible support ω< 0.2, the losses of the cross-sectional area of the working do not exceed 20 %. Under conditions when δV ≤ 0.22, the resistance of the protective structure increases, which makes it possible to limit the movement of lateral rocks on the contour of the working, ensuring its overall dimensions. In cases when δV > 0.22, and 0.22 < ω < 0.68, the losses of the cross-section-al area are more than 40 %. At a distance of l > 80 m behind the breakage face, the level of threat of roof collapses approaches a critical state, which is associated with an uncontrolled increase in lateral rock dis-placements due to the loss of strength of the cast strip.The cast strip performs the functions of a supporting structure only in a certain range of physical, mechanical, and defor-mation properties.The operational condition of the pre-paratory working is ensured within the deformation resource of the cast strip. After reaching the rated strength of the cast strip, its strength makes it possible to limit the movement of lateral rocks on the contour of the working and ensure its stability at a dis-tance of l ≤ 80 m along the length of the excavation section.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, Determination of the stability of rolling strains of steep layers during the unloading of a coal-carbon massive(2024) Podkopaiev, Serhii; Fedorchuk-Moroz, Valentyna; Shymchuk, OleksandrThe object of this study is the condition of side rocks in a coal rock massif with pre-paratory workings. The task solved was to ensure the stability of preparatory workings to improve the safety of miners’ activities.The bearing capacity of protective struc-tures in the preparatory mining workings along the length of the excavation section in a coal mine was comparatively assessed.The operational condition of the roll-back stretch, when using a protective technique that involves coal pillars, is provided for at their relative deformation e < 0.25 and rela-tive volume change dV < 0.1. At a distance of l > 50 m behind the cleaning pit, at e ³ 0.6–0.8, there is a decrease in the load-bearing capa-city of coal pillars and the destruction of the roof. The loss of cross-sectional area of the roll-back stretch is 50 %. Under such con-ditions, the level of a roof collapse threat is approaching a critical state. When using rolling bundles made of wooden sleepers at e > 0.21 and dV > 0.16, conditions are created around the preparatory workings at which the integrity of the roof is ensured through the gradual sealing of protective structures. At a distance l > 60 m, the increase in lateral rock displacements reaches the minimum va lues DU = 10 mm, and the loss of the cross-sec-tional area of the roll-back stretch is 30 %.The kind of functional dependence between the length l (m) of the roll-back stretch with different protection techniques and the rela-tive change in the volume dV of protective structures was experimentally determined. Such a dependence makes it possible to assess the bearing capacity of protective structures along the length of the excavation area in the zone of active influence of mountain pressure behind the cleaning pit.The operational condition of roll-back stretches when using coal pillars is ensured within the limits of their deformation resource, which limits the use of this protection tech-nique. To ensure the stability of preparatory workings, it is advisable to use rolled bundles made of wooden sleepers. After their compac-tion, the movement of side rocks is limited in the worked-out space of the excavation site.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, A Data-Driven Risk-Informed Decision Support Framework for Sustainable Municipal Organic Waste Management in Smart Cities(2026-06-08) Rudynets, Mykola; Fedorchuk-Moroz, ValentynaThe rapid growth of organic waste volumes in urban areas and increasing environmental pressures necessitate the transition toward sustainable and risk-informed municipal waste management systems. This study aims to develop a data-driven decision support framework for the risk-informed management of municipal organic waste within the context of sustainable urban development. The proposed approach integrates multi-source municipal data, advanced preprocessing techniques, entropy-based feature weighting, and an ensemble of machine learning models, including Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and XGBoost. An integrated environmental risk index is formulated to quantify the state of the waste management system and to support predictive analytics. The results demonstrate high predictive performance and reveal that key risk drivers include demographic pressure, transport accessibility, infrastructure characteristics, and seasonal variability of waste generation. The developed framework enables the integration of predictive risk analytics into municipal decision support systems, facilitating optimized waste collection logistics, infrastructure planning, and early identification of critical conditions. The findings confirm that data-driven approaches can significantly enhance the efficiency and adaptability of urban waste management systems. The proposed framework contributes to sustainable urban development by supporting circular economy principles and enabling proactive, risk-aware governance of municipal organic waste systems.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, Study of Organic Carbon-Containing Additives to Water Used in Fire Fighting, in Terms of Their Environmental Friendliness(2024-07-15) Loboichenko, Valentyna; Fedorchuk-Moroz, ValentynaIn the article, a state analysis of the organic carbon-containing additives use in fire fighting has been carried out. Negative environmental effects when using fluorine-containing short- and long-chain surfactants, which can act as both a fire extinguishing agent and its decomposition product, have been noted. As an important direction for further evolution in the field of fire extinguishing agents, the use of oxysilanes and gel systems based on liquid glass as environmentally friendly compounds has been noted. The prospects and environmental friendliness of the use of acoustic effects in extinguishing fires have been noted. The addition of small amounts of inorganic and organic compounds is regarded as an inexpensive and effective method to increase the fire fighting properties of water. In this work, the ecological characteristics of a number of organic compounds used in fire fighting as thickeners of aqueous solutions and the reduction of their surface tension were studied. Alginic acid has been shown to be the most environmentally friendly water additive among the investigated organic carbon-containing compounds used in fire fighting.Item type:scientificarticle.listelement.badge, Review of Advances in Fire Extinguishing Based on Computer Vision Applications: Methods, Challenges, and Future Directions(2025-10-16) Loboichenko, Valentyna; Fedorchuk-Moroz, ValentynaThis paper examines the state-of-the-art in fire suppression technologies based on computer vision applications in the subject areas of computer science and engineering. The study involves a two-stage analysis of publications using keywords. This paper presents a bibliographic analysis of scientific literature from the Scopus database using VOSviewer software and the author’s methodological approach. General keywords were used for the initial analysis of the dataset, followed by a more detailed study with additional criteria and specific keywords. The categories considered in the article are as follows: Firefighting Robots, Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, Aerial Vehicles, and Computer Vision. It is shown that the research includes technical aspects of fire robots and systems, as well as the improvement of their software and hardware. The subsequent review highlights the important role of computer vision in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of fire suppression systems. It is noted that key advances include the development of sophisticated fire detection algorithms and the implementation of automated fire suppression systems. The study also discusses the challenges and future directions in this field, emphasizing the need for continuous innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. This review provides valuable information for researchers, engineers, and practitioners in the field of fire safety by offering a comprehensive overview of state-of-the-art technologies and their applications in fire suppression.
