Abstract

У роботі вирішено комплекс технологічно-конструкторських завдань для виготовлення фланця 00.047.2025-2 для умов багатосерійного виробництва а саме: визначені тип виробництва і форма організації робіт, проведено аналіз конструкції деталі на технологічність, вибрано спосіб виготовлення заготовки, спроектовано техпроцес механічної обробки фланця 00.047.2025-2 з розробкою змісту операцій, проектуванням технологічного оснащення та інструменту. Зроблено планування та розраховані основні техніко-економічні показники дільниці для обробки фланця 00.047.2025-2.

The work solves a set of technological and design tasks for the manufacture of the flange 00.047.2025-2 for conditions of mass production, namely: The type of production and the form of work organization were determined, the design of the part was analyzed for manufacturability, the method of manufacturing the workpiece was selected, the route for mechanical processing of the flange 00.047.2025-2 was designed with the development of the content of operations, the design of technological equipment and tools. The planning was made and the main technical and economic indicators of the section for processing the of the flange 00.047.2025-2 were calculated.
