Abstract
Метою роботи є дослідження процесів плазмового формування захисних
покриттів газотурбінних лопаток..
Випускна робота бакалавра складається з вступу, основних трьох розділів,
висновків, літературних джерел та додатків. У першому розділі роботи
розглянута характеристика установки УПУ-3Д, проведено порівняльний огляд
аналогів та розглянуті основні фізичні процеси її роботи. В другому розділі
роботи описано будову, роботу, наведені структурна та принципова схема
установки, проведено розрахунок плазмотронного пристрою та вакуумного
насосу. В третьому розділі розглянуті технологічні аспекти формування
захисних покриттів та контролю параметрів їх якості.
Description
The purpose of the work is to study the processes of plasma formation of
protective coatings of gas turbine blades.
The bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, three main sections,
conclusions, literature sources and appendices. The first section of the work considers
the characteristics of the UPU-3D installation, conducts a comparative review of
analogues and considers the main physical processes of its operation. The second
section of the work describes the structure, operation, provides a structural and
schematic diagram of the installation, and calculates the plasmatron device and
vacuum pump. The third section considers the technological aspects of forming
protective coatings and controlling their quality parameters.
