Проектування дільниці з розробкою технологічного процесу механічної обробки корпуса лічильника 7315.002

Abstract

У роботі розроблено технологічний процес деталі корпуса лічильника, проведено техніко-економічну оцінку заготовки, визначено тип та організаційну форму виробництва, визначено основний технологічний час, визначено розрахункову кількість обладнання, необхідну для виконання кожної операції, проведено аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі, вибрано матеріал, що має підвищену зносостійкість і високу твердість, визначено допуски на технологічні розміри і проведено розрахунок припусків. За допомогою розмірного аналізу визначаємо розміри заготовки і розміри припусків для технологічних операцій, та зроблено висновок відносно якості запропонованого варіанту технологічного процесу. Проведено розрахунок режимів різання, вибір обладнання. Спроектоване технологічне оснащення, дозволяє: надійно базувати та закріплювати оброблювану деталь із збереженням її жорсткості в процесі обробки, підвищити продуктивність і полегшити умови праці за рахунок механізації пристосувань. Спроектовано механічну дільницю, визначено розрахункову кількість обладнання, необхідну для виконання кожної операції.

In the work, the technological process of the meter housing was developed, a technical and economic assessment of the workpiece was carried out, the type and organizational form of production was determined, the main technological time and artificial circulation time were determined, the estimated amount of equipment needed to perform each operation was determined, an analysis of the manufacturability of the part design was carried out , a material with increased wear resistance and high hardness was selected, tolerances for technological dimensions were determined, and allowances were calculated. With the help of dimensional analysis, we determine the dimensions of the workpiece and the dimensions of the allowances for technological operations, and a conclusion is made regarding the quality of the proposed variant of the technological process. Calculation of cutting modes, selection of equipment was carried out. The designed technological equipment allows: to reliably base and fix the processed part while maintaining its rigidity in the processing process, to increase productivity and ease working conditions due to the mechanization of devices. The mechanical department was designed, and the estimated amount of equipment needed to perform each operation was determined.
