Abstract

У роботі розроблено технологічний процес механічної обробки деталі важель 00.038. У кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра розроблено технологічний процес механічної обробки важеля 00.038. У загальній частині проаналізовано службове призначення важеля та технічні умови його виготовлення, а також проведено розрахунок методу отримання заготовки та вибір способу обробки поверхонь. У технологічній частині здійснено аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі, вибір технологічних баз, визначення допусків і технологічних розмірів, а також розрахунок припусків. Розраховано режими різання, обрано необхідне обладнання та технологічне оснащення. У конструкторській частині спроектовано верстатний пристрій та пристрій для контролю, а також розроблено механічну дільницю. Виконано розрахунок основних техніко-економічних показників виробничої дільниці. У розділі «Охорона праці» запропоновано заходи конструктивного та організаційного характеру для зниження рівня шуму та вібрації, проведено розрахунок плавких запобіжників силового щита дільниці, а також розглянуто заходи пожежної безпеки.

The work developed a technological process for machining a part lever 00.038. In the bachelor's qualification work, the technological process for machining a lever 00.038. In the general part, the service purpose of the lever and the technical conditions for its manufacture were analyzed, as well as the calculation of the method of obtaining the workpiece and the choice of the method of surface treatment were carried out. In the technological part, the analysis of the manufacturability of the design of the part, the selection of technological bases, the determination of tolerances and technological dimensions, as well as the calculation of allowances were carried out. The cutting modes were calculated, the necessary equipment and technological equipment were selected. In the design part, the machine tool and the device for control were designed, and the mechanical section was developed. The calculation of the main technical and economic indicators of the production section was performed. In the "Occupational Safety" section, constructive and organizational measures are proposed to reduce noise and vibration levels, a calculation of fuses for the power panel of the site is carried out, and fire safety measures are also considered.
