Проектування дільниці з розробкою технологічного процесу механічної обробки корпусу ПИМ 16.101

Abstract

У роботі вирішено комплекс технологічно-конструкторських завдань для виготовлення корпусу ПИМ 16.101 в умовах серійного виробництва а саме: визначені тип виробництва і форма організації робіт, проведено аналіз конструкції деталі на технологічність, вибрано спосіб виготовлення заготовки, спроектовано маршрут механічної обробки деталі корпус ПИМ 16.101 з розробкою змісту операцій, проектуванням технологічного оснащення та інструментів. Зроблено планування та розраховані основні техніко-економічні показники дільниці для обробки корпусу ПИМ 16.101. Об’єкт дослідження – корпус ПИМ 16.101. Предмет дослідження – технологічний процес механічної обробки корпусу ПИМ 16.101.

The work solves a set of technological and design tasks for the manufacture of the PIM 16.101 housing in mass production, namely: the type of production and the form of organization of work are determined, the design of the part is analyzed for manufacturability, the method of manufacturing the workpiece is selected, the route of machining the PYM 16.101 housing is designed with the development of the content of operations, design of technological equipment and tools. The main technical and economic indicators of the section for machining the PYM 16.101 housing were planned and calculated. The object of research is the PIM 16.101 housing. The subject of research is the technological process of machining the PYM 16.101 housing.
