Abstract

У роботі досліджено використання авторського анкетування, тренінгу та шкали самооцінки Розенбарга як засобу психологічної діагностики особистості формування лідерських якостей у студенських колективах.The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical justification and an empirical investigation of the peculiarities of leadership development among students, as well as to identify the factors that contribute to the effective formation of leadership potential within the student community.
