Фасування дріжджів на базі автомату М6-АРЗ з модернізацією дозатора

Abstract

У роботі досліджено в технологічній частині роботи бакалавра подана характеристика дріжджів як продукту, що пакується, а також здійснено вибір типу матеріалу споживчої і транспортного паковання, проведено розробку ескізів етикеток та схем маркування, умов штабелювання ящиків при зберіганні та перевезенні. У технічній частині розглянуто конструкція і принцип роботи автомата для пакування дріжджів на базі моделі М6-АР3-С, розроблена конструкція дозатора даного автомата, виконані креслення загального вигляду і кінематичної схеми автомата, а також складальне креслення дозатора. В експлуатаційній частині проекту описано монтаж і технічне обслуговування автомата для пакування дріжджів на базі моделі М6-АР3-С, а також умови експлуатації та вимоги та правила техніки безпеки. Також розроблено схему транспортно-складської системи, пораховано площі необхідних складів та визначено вантажопотоки на дільниці. В розділі охорона праці розглянуті основні питання з аналізу виробництва, охорони навколишнього середовища, пожежної безпеки дільниці фасування дріжджів.In the work, the characteristics of yeast as a packaged product were investigated in the technological part of the bachelor's work, as well as the choice of the type of material for consumer and transport packaging, the development of sketches of labels and marking schemes, conditions for stacking boxes during storage and transportation were carried out. In the technical part, the design and principle of operation of the yeast packaging machine based on the M6-АР3-С model were considered, the design of the dispenser of this machine was developed, drawings of the general appearance and kinematic scheme of the machine were made, as well as the assembly drawing of the dispenser. The operational part of the project describes the installation and maintenance of the yeast packaging machine based on the M6-АР3-С model, as well as the operating conditions and safety requirements and rules. The scheme of the transport and storage system was also developed, the areas of the necessary warehouses were calculated and the cargo flows at the site were determined. In the occupational health and safety section, the main issues of analysis of production, environmental protection, and fire safety of the yeast packaging area are considered.
