Психоемоційне вигорання у студентів-психологів: стратегії подолання

Abstract

У роботі детально розглянуто особливості психоемоційного вигорання у студентському середовищі. Теоретично обґрунтовано внутрішні (суб’єктивно особистісні) та зовнішні (організаційно-середовищні) причини формування синдрому емоційного вигорання, а також розкрито фазову динаміку його розгортання. Доведено, що прояви психоемоційного вигорання мають системний характер і деформують функціонування індивіда у психоемоційній когнітивно-оцінній, комунікативній сфері та спричиняють психосоматичні порушення.

The qualifying thesis examines the features of psycho-emotional burnout in the student environment. The internal (subjective-personal) and external (organizationalenvironmental) causes of the formation of the emotional burnout syndrome are theoretically substantiated, and the phase dynamics of its development are also revealed. It is proven that the manifestations of psycho-emotional burnout are systemic in nature and deform the functioning of the individual in the psycho-emotional cognitive-evaluative, communicative sphere and cause psychosomatic disorders.
