Вдосконалення технологічного процесу виготовлення кінцевих фрез.

Abstract

Випускна кваліфікаційна робота спрямована на вдосконалення технологічного процесу виготовлення монолітних твердосплавних кінцевих фрез малого діаметра з урахуванням досягнень науки та техніки. В роботі проведено аналіз вихідних даних, на основі яких ґрунтується стратегія розробки технологічного процесу. Здійснено аналіз особливостей роботи кінцевих фрез з прикладу обробки пуансона. Ця особливість полягає у відмінності умов обробки на етапах проходження фрезою кутової ділянки. В результаті розроблено рекомендації щодо призначення режимів різання при фрезеруванні кутової ділянки пуансону. Розроблено технологічний процес та операційна технологія на деякі операції. Розроблена технологія оснащена сучасними технологічними засобами такими як обладнання, верстатні пристрої, різальний інструмент, контрольні пристрої. На кожну операцію техпроцесу визначено режими обробки. Надано рекомендації, щодо вирішення питань з охорони праці.

Graduation qualification work is aimed at improving the technological process of manufacturing monolithic carbide end mills of small diameter, taking into account the achievements of science and technology. In nhe paper analyzes the initial data, on the basis of which the strategy for the development of the technological process is based. An analysis of the features of end mills was carried out based on the example of punch processing. This feature consists in the difference in the processing conditions at the stages of passing the corner section with a milling cutter. As a result, recommendations were developed regarding the designation of cutting modes when milling the corner section of the punch. The technological process and operational technology for some operations have been developed. The developed technology is equipped with modern technological means such as equipment, machine tools, cutting tools, control devices. Processing modes are defined for each technical process operation. Recommendations are provided for solving labor protection issues.
